Orlando and his team are the gold standard in the landscaping space. Easily the best landscaping company I have worked with to date. They spent several months sourcing materials and visiting my property repeatedly to ensure that got my project done exactly to my specifications. Their pricing was very fair and they were beyond, patient, courteous, and professional throughout. My property suffered from severe drainage issues which was putting my foundation at risk. Additionally, grass could not grow in some areas due to the sheer volume of water flowing around my home. Orlando and his team diagnosed the issue and gave me very reasonable pricing options to fit my budget. Orlando always answered my calls and spent copious time discussing the project details and reassuring me of their strategy to transform my yard. When they came out, they brought a sizable team and had a dedicated project manager on site all day. They we're able to finish the project in one day (11 hours)! I am happy to report that the drainage issues have been fully resolved as a result of their great work. Not only do I now have peace of mind, but I now have the nicest yard on the street. Atl Landscaping came to clear out our existing shrubs and plant privacy trees along our backyard fence. They did a wonderful job and we were so thankful they were able to complete this job quickly! Orlando was a pleasure to work with, very professional and he even threw in some mulch along our whole backyard for free. The crew also mowed our (pathetic looking grass), pulled weeds and moved our planter box for us. Trina, the project manager, was also very great to work with and made sure the job got done right! Orlando and his team worked a miracle! We are new homeowners, and our yard was an absolute jungle after years of negligence from the prior owner. There were many vines and leaves and roots and who knows what else cluttering up our entire front yard, side yard, and backyard. For a very reasonable price, Orlando brought out a crew of many hard-working people, who made the yard look brand new! They were careful and kind, asking for input and making sure they did not remove anything we wanted to keep. they also brought out a truck full of pine straw to cover up part of the yard that we won't be growing in anymore. It was a clever solution that they suggested, and I am so glad that they did! It was a hands-on, personal experience. I will be using them to come back twice a month to help keep the yard in order. I could not recommend them highly enough. In fact, one of our neighbors came over and got their card while they were working! Working with Orlando was great! He was easy to reach via phone and text. He was able to come out to my house within the week and worked very fast! I needed one of my trees to be trimmed because it was getting taller than the house, one tree had to be cut all the down because it was dead, he cleared the front old flower bed that was growing weeds and old flowers that keep popping up. Mr. Lewis and his entire team are top notch. Contact was constant from the beginning of us working on the landscape estimate/design through completion of the work. He and his team were flexible with last minute changes, patient with my picks, open to my questions during the install, all while maintaining a continuous work flow. The team was meticulous in the design layout, measuring the distance between the plants, ensuring the depth of the ground was perfect for the root systems, and ensuring the plant spacing from the design edging was equally distanced. I appreciate quality work, a reasonable price, and completing the job on time with excellent cleanup. I spoke with Orlando multiple times via email and phone about a concrete project I wanted completed at my home, but there was never any follow through. This has been the situation since May 1st. I'm writing this review on June 27th. He never came when he said he would and asked me to provide measurements and other info about the space where we wanted the concrete installed vs him coming out and taking a look for himself. He was always very polite in communications but totally unprofessional by NEVER doing what he said he'd do or following up to explain why. Why take the run around from someone for so long?? Well his prices were significantly lower than those who actually followed up with me, came out, gave a quote and were ready to start the job, but like they say - you get what you pay for. It's very sad when "business owners" make what should be a relatively easy thing to do into something that's unnecessarily difficult. There was nothing but pure unprofessionalism throughout this entire situation and that's very sad because the work in the pics looked very nice! read more
