Once again Rivermoore has come through for me and providing some very extensive landscaping for another property over in Cumming. This property was to be managed by a management company CMAWho failed to do their job therefore Rivermoore was called in at my expense to repair and prepare this property to be sold. Eric is a nice guy, but service has steadily declined in the past year. They seem to have more business than they can handle, and missed weeks of mowing on more than one occasion. They rush through their job, and it shows. Time to try someone new. read more

Rivermore turned our lawn around big time after King Green literally killed it by burning the whole thing up. We had to start from scratch. Our lawn looks beautiful now!! We've used a few other companies but no one has given the results that Rivermore has. read more

Eric is fantastic. I normally don't write reviews on companies unless I think they are really outstanding or really bad. Eric is a super friendly guy who is very concerned about his customers' needs and is eager to please. We were very disappointed with our previous two lawn companies, but are so glad we found RLG and are so happy. The service is on time and the lawn is turning around and getting back into good shape. First, let me begin this by saying I am very happy that other people have had an excellent experience with this landscaping company. I think to have anyone review your work and have it praised is fantastic for the customer, the company, and the community. Yet, with that in mind, the experience I had with Rivermoore Landscaping Group was far from positive. I contacted Rivermoore on Monday about cleaning up and cutting a family member's yard. Now, I was told, quite quickly, that the crew was very busy and that a weekly and/or biweekly commitment (no contract, mind you) was generally how this company conducts business; however, after a few things were explained and considered, I was told that a one-time cut and clean was possible, but that a $150 minimum would be placed on the work, which was fine. The gentleman I spoke with then told me that he would be at the house that needed the work on Wednesday to look around and give me an estimate for the overall cost of the work, and I agreed to meet him there. On Tuesday, I realized that we had not set a time for the meeting, so I called him back and left a message. The next day, the Wednesday he was supposed to meet me, at around 10:30 a.m., I called again and left another message. At 3:30 p.m. I called a third time, but decided that leaving another voicemail would be pointless. About ten minutes after I hung up, the Rivermoore representative called me back and told me that his crew was in the area and that he would be by to take a look around and give me the estimate I had been waiting for. Again, I said that was fine. At 5 p.m., I gave up and left--having waited all day, I decided 5 o'clock was my cut off. That I know of, he never arrived, and I have not received a call or message from him yet. There has been no estimate. There has been little to no communication or professionalism on Rivermoore's part. And I understand--don't get me wrong--the company is busy. But for a small business that seems to pride itself on offering lawn maintenance services "to residential customers contract free" so much so that you can "shake on that," I find myself in a position were I have to review someone's work when that person has not provided anything for me to review other than the company's broken word. So, there you go. Bad ratings happen, especially when bad faith is present in the business model. To everyone that's had good work come from Rivermoore, I, again, am glad that you were able to benefit from their services. My family will be hiring someone else. read more
