We used Turfmasters last year and to be honest…read moreit was because we were so busy with moving in and getting settled in and we saw them in the area. I'll save you a lot of time and tell you that it was more of a hassle than it should have been, especially since we are a customer and it felt like we were more of an "inmate" with them. Crystal from Tender Lawn Care was in contact with us from the moment I asked for a quote here on Yelp. Stayed in touch with me so that I understood when they were coming to visit and made sure I was aware of the process. Couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. They operate on a month to month basis. They don't pressure you into doing anything you don't feel is necessary, yet if we find we need help when the time comes- they will gladly assist. Today, Robert and Augustin came out to give us an estimate on the lawn services. We asked for a quote on the aeration and tree/shrub maintenance as well. They were in and out of here quickly and efficiently. I'm going to enjoy working with this company. Support small owned businesses. They are the backbone of our community and I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with the results today. THANK YOU CRYSTAL, ROBERT, and AUGUSTIN.

I love that they make time to talk with me personally if I have questions or concerns. This family-owned and operated business values their reputation, and they'll work hard to earn your respect. Brothers Josh, Jeremy and Jacob (each with their own expertise) sincerely want their customers to be happy and are willing to address your specific needs to make that happen. Jacob comes every week to take care of our lawn. He and his crew cut and trim the grass, blow leaves and trim the front bushes when needed. We have a wooded back lot with trees that drop lots of leaves and debris. His powerful equipment makes short work of cleaning up that mess and saves us countless hours of work, especially in the fall. He does a great job making our property look neat and well cared for! Two years ago, our 20 year old foundation plantings were overgrown and no longer manageable. We dreaded the thought (and expense) of tearing out and replacing everything. Jeremy suggested solutions we hadn't even considered, and his recommendations saved us a ton of money. He has design skills, plant knowledge and he did all the work himself after our consultation. Everything is now flourishing, manageable and attractive with great cub appeal. Absolute Lawn Pros are outstanding service providers! We highly recommend them for all of your landscaping needs.

TLDR - no communication, sloppy work, we feel ripped off…read more We hired Jake to grade and seed our backyard. The project was to get a nice lawn that we could easily mow and run around without twisting our ankle or tripping on stumps. First he failed to show for two weeks without calling to give us a heads up. When stump grinding began, he left several stumps. Luckily I went out to walk the property before he left. Then for the grading, it's very sloppy. Debris just piled up instead of hauled off. Back 20 feet of the yard was left un-graded. He told me to just put pine straw down to cover up all the roots and stumps (that's not what I wanted). An area I pointed out at least twice that I wanted graded wasn't done and he requested to use my bag of topsoil to fix it when I pointed it out. Seed was dumped on several spots and not properly spread. Stumps and small limbs that should have been removed were left and covered by straw. Top soil brought in appears to be clay, hard packed, and fescue seed will be fighting to sprout. It doesn't appear to be hand graded to even out problem areas despite his claims. He walked off the job and we thought he would be back the next day but he wasn't. By the time he came out to discuss the issues it was too late to fix. We are left with an awful sloppy mess. For all the issues he provided a $600 discount which isn't enough. He failed to listen to my expectations of the project, failed to ask questions to understand, and provided a sloppy product. Do not waste your money.
