After I contacted him, he apologized and promised to come back, but despite multiple attempts to follow up, he never returned. My advice: either don't use him or, if you do, never pay until the work is 100% complete. Unfortunately, this one was on me.

This lack of action prompted me to search online for reviews of this company and what I found on numerous sites was that Mr Money (Alex) has failed to complete numerous other customer's projects. Sam devised an actual drain with a grate which he drained out to the side, this solving the water problem. The stone retaining wall is fantastic (and maintenance free) and was tied into the concrete with rebar which was also laid on main drive before pouring the concrete. His crew was VERY polite and easy to work with and worked as hard as any men I have ever witnessed. The project took about 8 days from start to finish. They came when they agreed to start and didn't leave until the project was 100% done. In these days when it is so hard for a homeowner to find a contractor to do great work at a fair price, it was so fantastic working with Sam and his team. He explained the different roofing materials and listened to our concerns and questions. When we decided to get the job done he explained what was going to happen from start to finish. The crew that did the roof were here in time and cleaned up really well. Cory was here to inspect the work and cleanup. Then he explained about the gutter installation and that went great we also had some preexisting siding damage that was fixed and again inspected by Cory. We are very pleased with the way these repairs went and being informed every step of the way.
