I reached out to my rep at 918-95*-8872 and informed her of the issue, she replied back to me with the following message trying to justify the double charges and trying to sell me a different program. As I was replying back to her message she immediately unsubscribed my number and blocked me from any messages and communications with her and my issue was never resolved. In addition for one of the scheduled services I clearly remember that day it was raining and I got a message that service will be done soon but never saw the person that comes to do the service, everytime they come they leave me a summary paperwork at the door with the date and time of service and that specific day no show and no summary. It's been 5 days since I reached out and no call no email no solution from TrueGreen. I will be canceling my service due to no resolution to my double charge issue and how the rep handed the situation. Here is the message received from rep to my message sent about the double charge on my card: (Every lawn has individual needs like square footage and condition, and we create a tailored solution for you! I can help with pricing, when works for a quick call?) As I started typing my reply to the message received from rep, I got the following message where the rep unsubscribed me so that I couldn't continue reaching out to her in regards to my issue: Thank you, you have been successfully unsubscribed from this campaign.

Franko's team showed up right on time every day. They communicated with us each day and did a wonderful job. We had them build a 6' privacy fence with 3 gates. They also custom built 2 doors for our crawlspaces that match our fence perfectly. We also had them install a new back door that we had a hard time installing ourselves. It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. They did all the demo themselves! And they didn't leave a single piece of trash behind! We could NOT be more pleased with this fence install. Franko has a great team that works for him.
