No, their advertised physical address is not a real place of business. Yes, you will get very familiar with the Secretary of State website. If you do decide to ignore my advice, make sure you have their business license, contractor license, and a verified mailing address from the start. At least it will save you a few hours a year from now when you start exploring legal options. I deeply regret hiring RLB Landscaping. Over the course of several projects totaling close to…read more$200,000, I experienced poor follow-through, disappointing workmanship, and an alarming lack of accountability. Robbie and his team were responsive during projects, but once the final payment was made, all communication stopped. Initially, they had to replace several plants and lighting that failed shortly after installation--none of which were due to any fault of mine. Most recently, I spent over $9,000 on new sod and sprinkler work in the front yard. Within weeks, the sod died. We raised concerns immediately, including photographic proof and a suspicion that the sprinklers were overwatering the area. Despite numerous messages from both myself and my wife, we received no response. Eventually, after escalating the issue, I was told by their office manager, Carrie, that they were not responsible because they don't offer maintenance. This critical detail was never disclosed during our many conversations. Worse, when I inquired about maintenance during the project, my requests for quotes were ignored entirely. Carrie was also incredibly disrespectful in our interactions--at one point implying I wasn't as smart as her because I didn't handle the situation the way she would have. Following these conversations, we received an email abruptly terminating us as customers. This is unacceptable treatment for any customer, let alone one who has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. To top it off, I now have other dead plants and hydrangeas that were never addressed due to their delayed and dismissive responses. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, where I've already found similar complaints--suggesting this is a pattern in how RLB does business. Sadly, some friends I referred to RLB have now canceled their upcoming projects after seeing how we were treated. Please, do your homework before hiring this company. There are plenty of other landscapers in the area who won't treat loyal customers like they're disposable. I only wish I had seen the red flags sooner.

We hired Morrison & Sons Landscaping, LLC of 1946 Middlebrooke Dr. Canton, Georgia to correct…read morea drainage problem in our yard after removing some of the trees. Mr. Morrison proposed sodding and pinestrawing the area as well as cleaning out two existing swales to manage excess water flow. We asked that his crew also trim bushes and perform general yard clean up and maintenance. We agreed upon a set cost for the entire project. After admitting he underestimated and charging us for additional materials he stopped with the work only partially completed. He sodded about 34 of the area specified on his drawing. He left several areas of completely bare dirt, no sod or pinestraw. The crew was supposed to clean out our dry creek bed. They weed whacked it and walked away, leaving piles if detritus to block any future run off. You decide if you think this is a job well-done. Personally, I don't. When we approached him about the incomplete job his response was unpleasant and unprofessional. In fact it was blatantly rude. He referred to our concerns as "ridiculous". He refused to fulfill the contract as drawn for the agreed upon amount. While the owner of the business was difficult, the two men who did the actual labor were polite and hard working. I will never hire this company again. I would not recommend Morrison & Sons Landscaping, LLC.
