We also requested a French drain put in to stop the water erosion. A week later it all seems to be draining properly. The things that gave us pause were the definition of the flat rate work day that we were paying for. We paid for two days of a "work day". The first day they were here from around 9:30AM to roughly 4PM. Dan stated this was a longer work day. The second day they were here from 8:30 to about 12PM. The team did not take breaks except for about a 30 minute lunch on site. Things I take into consideration, but still not what we were expecting for a "work day". I should have clarified. Though the overall work seems pretty good, they did leave a lot of debris and earth underneath our tree. Some of this was removed from the yard to re-sod the yard. This probably should have been taken with the other debris. Overall Dan very responsive and showed up to do the work as he said. There were just a few things that we should have clarified and addressed to have the best experience.

Evergreen may do a good job for small yards, but they were hired to maintain our Condo Complex and…read morethey never fulfilled their contract commitments. Their workers don't speak English. They have no supervisor watching, they don't know the difference between a bush and a tree. They leave cut grass all over the sidewalks, do not pick up any kind of pruning or weeding debris and their grass cutters whizz though like they're in a race leaving a lousy job behind. The overall attitude of their workers is awful. Maybe they aren't getting paid enough, but that is not an excuse for poor service. They did the same thing to the complex behind us. So I know it wasn't just our service that was lousy. My advice - don't use them! They obviously have very little knowledge and provide awful service.
