I ignored their requests asking me to renew. I spoke with them last year about my dead grass and when it happened again- I was more than done with them. Despite this, and the fact we had no contract or auto renewal- they decided to self prescribe "auto renewal " at my home and performed service while I was away. I reached out letting them know I never chose to renew once I discovered this and they sent me a bill, demanding I pay for services I never authorized. Despite explaining the situation, they told me they were submitting to creditors and that if it was worth fighting the small amount, "good luck bud". So sad to see such terrible and abusive behavior of a customer that supported them well for several years, and even gave them additional chances. Oh and that dead sod replacement right in the middle of my front yard- $700 cost, between this year and last year. Please take heed as you would be wise to consider other options.

This has been very frustrating because my lawn was green and healthy last summer, supported by dated photos and a tenant statement. This spring, my lawn became severely brown and damaged while nearby lawns in the same community were already green under similar weather conditions. What makes this especially disappointing is that I repeatedly tried to understand what happened and asked for a clear written explanation. In my experience, I did not receive proper written treatment statements, product information, applicator information, or post-application watering/care instructions after services. The yard signs I saw appeared to be advertising signs only, not actual treatment notices. Several neighbors who are also Super Turf customers shared similar concerns about not receiving written treatment notices or post-application information. I later obtained an independent sod replacement estimate. The contractor inspected the lawn and described the condition as damaged Bermuda / over-fertilization, noting undissolved granular fertilizer on the soil and in the remaining Bermuda grass. The estimated restoration cost is $8,393.84. I have since submitted a complaint to the Georgia Department of Agriculture. An agriculture inspector visited my property, reviewed my evidence, and collected information, including neighbor statements. I have also filed a civil claim against Super Turf 1 LLC in Gwinnett County Magistrate Court, Case No. 26-M-23450, seeking lawn replacement costs. The court and regulatory process are pending, and I will update this review after the case is resolved. This is not something I wanted to do. I gave the company opportunities to provide a clear written resolution, but in my opinion, Super Turf has not taken responsibility or provided a reasonable path to fix the damage. If you use this company and experience similar lawn damage or missing treatment notices, I strongly recommend saving all photos, service records, yard signs, and communications, checking Georgia's pesticide application notice rules, and seeking reimbursement if appropriate.

Water runs down that hill and eats away at the grass, exposing mud and roots from the crêpe myrtle trees. I installed rudimentary steps as I was twisting my ankle, trying to get down that hill, but the top of the hill was still barren and washed mud into my stairwell and down into the backyard Looking for alternatives to sod I tried a roll out grass system, but it turned out to be garbage. I ran across Super side advertisement in Yelp looking for some local Sod. I am a 66-year-old female with back problems, but decided I was going to try to cover this small area with some sod. The store was closed at the time so I called them and was introduced to an AI attendant. I typically hate them, they are laborious and most of the time they are not helpful. But this was different. It was a very well developed AI system, which spoke to you in normal conversation and answered all my questions and I ended up ordering the number of rolls of sod It calculated I needed for the area, and I set up an appointment to pick it up first thing in the morning when they opened. I arrived at the location in lawrenceville and the attendant at the window was very kind and helpful and cheerful, and had my order ready. They had me drive over to a specific area and a very kind gentleman loaded the sod into my trunk. I asked him a couple of questions and ended up buying some of them compost/mulch to lay down under my Sod. During the installation, I realized it I didn't have enough, so I went back and had to buy more rolls which was again loaded into my trunk and I took it home. No need to order it ahead of time! I did not expect the sod to be luxurious and green throughout, as a matter of fact, I wasn't really sure what it was going to look like as I had never installed Sod before. It looked relatively healthy, but I must say the second load that I picked up had a thicker base and looked a little more healthy. Once it was finished, I made sure that I followed the directions explicitly and watered it three times a day for the two weeks recommended. The Sod took cold rather quickly and looks amazing. I love it! I am very happy with the product the service and the price, if I ever need to Sod any other area, I am definitely going to use them again.

When questioned, they claimed these were all just delivered and blamed it on the heat but you could tell the whole roll were all dried out.
