Reliant Landscaping did a phenomenal job designing, and landscaping our back yard. Jacob, who owns the company, was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. His crew was efficient, kind and respectful whenever they were at our home, which we greatly appreciated! Our job was difficult because of the slope of our hill and all the weeds. Every other landscaping company that we had come over to give us an estimate all told us that we had to use pine straw on our hill, which we HATE. Jacob came to give us a quote and we expressed how much we disliked pine straw so he suggested mulch. We were worried about it washing away after rainstorms but he assured us if we did it thick enough it would not wash away. It rained today and I'm happy to report that the mulch stayed put! We are so, so happy with the outcome of this project, and we will absolutely be using Reliant Landscaping again in the future! read more

hired reliant services llc 4/29/26 to install drainage system. system failed on 5/6/26. they agreed system incorrectly installed. came back out to correct placement of catch basin. system failed again 6/9/26 but reliant refusing to correct. telling property owner now - in writing - install of system was never going to correct drainage issue. why didn't they tell property owner this on 4/29/26, before taking $2,650 & now refusing to help? read more

We had a lightning strike that knocked out a number of our electrical systems including our sprinkler system. We bought a new sprinkler control box and solenoids that were literally exploded. We still were unable to get 3 zones working. We called Reliant Landscaping and they sent Nick out to assess the problems. He arrived early for his scheduled time, took a number of electrical measurements, assessed the problems, and proceeded to fix everything. The system is back! Very unprofessional owner. I booked an appointment for him to come out and fix our sprinkler system and he never showed. I called him twice and he never returned my call. Two hours later a secretary called and claimed that they had the wrong address. However, that excuse seemed disingenuous since if nobody answered at the wrong address, a simple phone call would have cleared things up. He never called or returned any of my calls. We thought of additional questions, and Jacob was willing to come out for a second consultation a few days later. The project started and ended on time.
