We used them again for exact same repair on another valve. My husband was present during both repairs. The second repair was $460 (after we challenged the original bill). First they told my husband the second repair was not same as the repair they had done earlier in the summer despite my husband watching over both repairs. Then they said they did not charge us enough on the first repair. Which is it? Jist be sure to make them quote you before doing any work.

I immediately got in touch with Pedro who listened and heard the mild panic in my voice and scheduled me for a tentative appointment by 7PM, while telling me that should I be able to find someone who could come sooner, I should go ahead with them. Based on what I had read, I knew his company was well regarded, but I tried to contact some of his other competitors. Every single one did not have a person answering their phones. I went to voicemail four times back to back...now some might say that this is indicative of a busy company, and this might be true. But, I could hear Pedro on the job when I called, he just actually had the wherewithal to answer. In other words, even though he was busy, he was still able to respond and provide customer service! As the time drew closer to the appointment time, Pedro kept me appraised of his status. Eventually, he got to the house, and he got there just at the time he said! He solved my problem quickly, and he even provided me with an estimate if I wanted further repairs. All at a very reasonable price and in such a timely manner!! After taking my information and discussing the scope of my job, I was scheduled for an on site visit for a consultation and estimate quote the next day. Corey and John from CMA arrived on the scheduled time. Corey and I discussed what I was looking for in an irrigation system. Corey quickly sized up my lawn for the appropriate system layout. We discussed water supplies. I have a well and public water. Corey designed the system to integrate both water supplies, primary and secondary. As Corey walked my lawn he was calling out the equipment and supplies to John who in turn was logging the information into their App. Within an hour of arrival I had the complete design and layout of the irrigation system with an estimate. I have had the system installed for a month now. It has been flawless! With the Hydrawise operating system, everything is controlled through an App on my phone.
