I cannot say enough great things about Miguel and his team at Precision Landscape & Concrete! From…read morestart to finish, the entire experience was outstanding, and the finished driveway exceeded my expectations. Miguel, the owner, was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, answered my questions, and offered several excellent suggestions that made the final result even better than I had originally envisioned. It is refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering quality work. One of the most impressive things was the amount of work they accomplished in such a short time. His crew poured over 200 yards of concrete in just two days! That is a tremendous amount of concrete, and they handled the entire project with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Miguel and his crew showed up on time all three days, ready to work. Every member of his team was professional, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely friendly. It was obvious from the beginning that they knew exactly what they were doing and worked extremely well together. Their organization and teamwork were impressive, especially considering the size of the project. Another thing I really appreciated was how clean and organized they kept the jobsite throughout the entire process. With a project involving that much concrete, you would expect quite a mess, but Miguel and his crew made sure everything stayed as neat and tidy as possible. Once the work was completed, they wasted no time cleaning everything up and leaving the property in great shape. Their attention to detail and respect for my property really stood out. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional. From the preparation to the pouring and finishing, it was clear that Miguel and his crew take tremendous pride in their work. The finished driveway looks absolutely fantastic, and the suggestions Miguel made along the way really enhanced the overall appearance and design. What impressed me most was Miguel's commitment to making sure everything was done right and that I was completely satisfied with the finished product. He was easy to communicate with, followed through on what he promised, and made what could have been a stressful project an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Miguel and Precision Landscape & Concrete for any concrete project, large or small. Whether you need a small concrete pad or a massive driveway like ours, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Finding a contractor who combines excellent craftsmanship, reliability, professionalism, and genuine customer service is not always easy, but Miguel and his team delivered on all fronts. Miguel, thank you and your entire crew for an incredible job! You have earned my respect, my appreciation, and my highest recommendation. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

Not from $155 to $160, but from $155 to $215!!! What a way to reward a loyal customer!!! The service is actually pretty good, but to try to jump the monthly fee from $155 to $215 is a joke. Needless to say, I dumped them and went with a different landscaping service and it's actually much better!
