He also made an adjustment on the amount of water thats dropped when you flush the toilet.charged me a 135.00 dollars no problem with that. I go to use the toilet a day or so later. no water in the bowl! I flush the toilet and it almost flows over. i call bobby up he says its clogged further down the line. he'll send some one in a couple of days. There…read morehas been an extremely loud humming noise coming from the building or from the recently erected satellite dishes. There is also a 5G tower located there as well that was put in 2022. The humming is so loud that I can hear it inside my home, the only place I cannot here it is in the back bedroom. No one should be able to hear a LOUD HUM coming from the EMC building, especially in their own home. Not to mention, there are a large number of residential homes nearby that can be impacted by this. PLEASE CORRECT THIS AND STOP THE NOISE/SOUND POLLUTION AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. Wearing earplugs is not a daily option. Thank you!

Customer service is fast and friendly. Like everyone else I can wail about my bill but almost certain it beats the mega so-called public utility that has a stranglehold on Georgia. I recently bought into Jackson's Co-op solar program..it more than paid for itself late summer and early fall. Lately it's fallen behind but the recent time change has brought cost even with the conventional cost per kwh.
