Rebecca was fantastic: friendly, patient, and incredibly responsive. She answered every question without rushing me or showing irritation, even when my accent made communication slower. Vasquez came out for the estimate while we were out of state and gave us a fair, straightforward price. No pressure, no games, no "special pricing" -- just professionalism. Their quote ended up being the best, and the service matched it. The crew arrived exactly on time and finished the job in just a couple of hours. Clean, efficient, and respectful. With two homes full of mature trees, I know I'll need more tree work in the future -- and now I won't waste weeks researching companies. Solis is my go‑to. Highly recommend them if you want honest pricing, great communication, and real professionalism.

How shall I describe these tree climbing and cutting geniuses? Their skills and talents are beyond…read morewords. Their work is like a ballet, only way up high in the trees. No tutus involved. OK, enough of the flowery stuff. There are four members in the crew, and each is skilled in a particular aspect of the field of cutting down trees. I've seen a lot of tree crews, and these guys are top notch. They showed up on time, I had to get the utility company to do a power drop, and then the members swiftly got to work, dropping the trees that could be a problem for my power line first. By noon, those trees were gone, and I called up the power company to say they could reconnect the power, which they did at about 1 PM. (Hidden praise for Walton EMC buried in here. Based on past experience, I wouldn't begin to expect the same level of service from the power company that has the word 'Georgia' in their name. YMMV.) I was so pleased I paid them a bit extra and gave the crew some of my stash of hash. No, that's not quite right. Fudge. Yes, that's it! Fudge, that I had purchased the day before in St. Augustine. I had a total of four trees taken down and absolutely everything was to my satisfaction, a thing that is quite rare these days. There are 3 pictures attached below. I have more, but posting them online might give the government hints as to where I am, and that's just not on. It might involve the hash, mentioned before. :) Cheers, to one and all Satisfied Customer.

In total, Greenleaf worked on my project for about 5 hours over the course of those 30 days, and did not complete any of the work for which they were contracted. The pictures attached show how they left the property in complete disrepair. The lone tree they cut down actually fell on my house (because of their incompetence) before they left the remnants in my lawn. All of the handrails for my deck were cut off with a chainsaw, and 1/2 of the planks were unscrewed from the joists. That's where the work stopped. Obviously, the deck is completely unusable now, and is unsafe for the family to walk on. Chad refused to answer my phone calls after taking the check for the deposit. Instead, he occasionally responded to text messages with myriad excuses and lies about how his crew will be at the job site tomorrow or later today. I regret not googling the owner before signing the contract. If I had I would have found official complaints on record at the Better Business Bureau for this exact same behavior.
