I contacted Engle Solutions, and Austin came out to assess the space. Right away, his professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge stood out. I shared the vibe I wanted, and he offered creative ideas that perfectly matched my vision. He later presented a detailed sketch and proposal that gave me complete confidence in his expertise. Since I'm not plant-savvy, Austin's skill and attention to detail blew me away. In just two days, working alone between storms, he completely transformed my yard. He raked pine needles (which I can't stand), pulled weeds, reshaped the plain rectangular garden area to a stunning design that flows with the curves of my sidewalk, edged and shaped existing shrubs, and sourced all the plants, soil, and mulch himself. The before-and-after is like night and day-- I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! My yard now looks vibrant, elegant, welcoming, and very pleasing to the eye. Austin's prices were incredibly reasonable for the exceptional quality and scope of his work. As a one-man shop, his dedication to his craft shines through in every detail. He even shared maintenance tips for my plants (a lifesaver for my brown thumb) and offered to return for regular upkeep, which I'll definitely take advantage of. I wholeheartedly recommend Austin and Engle Solutions to anyone needing landscaping or renovation work. He's highly skilled, trustworthy, and a joy to work with--I'll be relying on him for all my future landscaping needs!

(Plants in photo are young and coverage looks much better after they grow) Brad was very easy to work with and took great care of everything we asked for, including tree stump removal and pine straw coverage around our corner lot. He also took the time to educate us on each plant we chose and how to maintain them. His crew demoed all the old plantings, hauled everything away, and left the place spotless. Communication was great from quote to completion, and our curb appeal completely transformed. Highly recommend Pannone's Lawn Pros to anyone in the Cumming area.

I was skeptical about using Mark (I had free and paid designs from landscape companies), but am…read moreglad I had him draw up my backyard landscape plan. I will likely use him for my front yard as well. Mark asks the right probing questions to understand the reason behind my vision before suggesting a design. I am detailed oriented and had a specific vision of what I wanted. His questions helped me recognize my wife and I had conflicting ideas. He then helped come up with a balanced design that met both our visions. We will tweak his plans a bit, but now the design elements have purpose behind them instead of just adding a bunch of trees and shrubs that we "think" will look nice. If you're taking on a landscape project, I would recommend starting with Mark and then working with landscapers to implement. His fee is worth it in comparison to a landscape implementation cost to ensure you start with the right plan.

Biggest issue with the session was Mark's constant reference to cost and condecending tone when providing 'advice' about working with a HOA, which suggested he did not assume we could afford to remodel our home. This caused me to suspect he is not accustomed to working with people of color, but in the spirit of experiencing a teachable moment, if someone agrees to pay you over $200 above your typical fee to get you to travel outside of your normal geographic range of services to draw up a plan for a renewed front yard, it is probably safe to assume they understand the concept of a HOA and can afford to buy the desired plants and hire landscapers.

Reliant Landscaping did a phenomenal job designing, and landscaping our back yard. Jacob, who owns…read morethe company, was easy to work with and listened to what we wanted. His crew was efficient, kind and respectful whenever they were at our home, which we greatly appreciated! Our job was difficult because of the slope of our hill and all the weeds. Every other landscaping company that we had come over to give us an estimate all told us that we had to use pine straw on our hill, which we HATE. Jacob came to give us a quote and we expressed how much we disliked pine straw so he suggested mulch. We were worried about it washing away after rainstorms but he assured us if we did it thick enough it would not wash away. It rained today and I'm happy to report that the mulch stayed put! We are so, so happy with the outcome of this project, and we will absolutely be using Reliant Landscaping again in the future!
