We are SO thrilled with how our vision for the backyard came to life via their expertise. We were impressed upon Caesar's initial visit to provide us with an initial design. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his measurements and surveying of the slopes, areas we'd have to work around. The quote was itemized so we understood fully what the all in price was going towards, we had several quotes and this wasn't always the case. They even offered up design options for us which helped us visualize the end results before they started working. Caesar was very easy to communicate with, prompt in his replies and stayed present throughout the duration of the project to check on the work and our feedback. The team that worked in our backyard project was phenomenal. So hard working and so efficient. Everything was done with great attention to detail and if something popped up that required a shift in the plan, they brought solutions to us right away which we found helpful. We trusted their guidance. They also found a way to minimize the footprint that the bobcat machine had to go on our lawn which we were so pleased with to avoid any damage to our side yard. Overall, would highly recommend their services and we will be passing along their info to the other neighbors around us in Big Canoe! Thank you, Caesar and Team!

They designed a plan for our backyard after listening to our concerns- drainage, patio needs, retaining wall, etc. and he designed a good plan for us. We had multiple meetings with Caesar (owner) to make sure we were all aligned on the project. Our project included a new paver patio, a redone multiple tier retaining wall, new sod, and plenty of new plants and hardscaping along with solutions for water flow across the yard. We also had some additional (previously unplanned) work on the front yard. They started when they said they would start and completed the job within the time frame estimated. This is unique in this world. We have had 3 significant (kitchen remodel, new porch/deck) projects done in the last 3 years and this is the only one that stayed within the time frame estimated. Caesar was also flexible with the add on work that we threw on him. I cannot imagine a better team that worked on this project for us. In additional to being very skilled and hardworking, they were pleasant, polite, respectful. They made the project look exactly like the drawings. I would 100% endorse Caesar and his team. I would use them again and again without hesitation.

He did an outstanding job then, and nearly a decade later it still looks just as good as the day it was poured. Not only did it eliminate a major trip hazard, but it also improved the overall appearance of our home. I recently had the chance to speak with Matthew again and reminded him that he installed our walkway all those years ago -- and how impressed I still am with the quality. It's rare to find work that holds up this well even a decade later. If you're considering Complete Concrete & Masonry for any concrete project, I highly recommend reaching out to him for an estimate. Matthew is wonderful to work with, and the durability of his work speaks for itself. I'm still just as happy with our walkway today as I was the day it was installed.

I couldn't find the shut off valve so I started calling irrigation specialists. My hope was to get a tech to come out to find the cut off valve and to replace the cut irrigation pipe. The best I could get was a next day service call. I finally called All About Irrigation & Landscape Services. I spoke with John Watson. I described the problem to Mr. Watson. Mr. Watson told me that they could schedule a tech for next Tuesday or send one out today on an emergency call. Mr. Watson warned me that the emergency call would start at $250.00. Mr. Watson then offered me a third option. He told me to take photos of the area around my water meter, send them to his phone and he would mark them up to show me where I would likely find the shut off valve for the sprinkler system. Mr. Watson was juggling other customers calls while we texted photos back and forth. Following Mr. Watson's instructions and using the bayonet in a minefield technique I found the box containing the shut off valve buried under an inch of sod. Thanks to Mr. Watson I was able to safely turn the water supply to my house back on. I don't know what Mr. Watson's role with All About Irrigation & Landscape Services is but his efforts won me over as a customer.

The amount of work performed by the other company was minuscule in comparison. The footings on this pool house were not done properly and would not be able to support the piers being installed. We could not be happier with the finished project. Not only is the pool house straightened but we are resting better knowing that it won't sink again in the future. For anyone dealing with foundation settling my advice would be to contact Atlas Piers immediately, the problem is likely to get worse and will result in costly repairs that could be minimized if dealt with early on.
