He followed up consistently and even completed the work on a Saturday. I had a question about the floor, and he came out again (from Brookhaven all the way to Exit 13, before heading to Dunwoody) just to make sure everything was right. He was amazing in every aspect: the quality of the work, communication, timeliness (I was the one running late, and he was so gracious), he is just kind and easygoing, so knowledgeable and his patience with my payment and all the details I asked about. As you can see, he achieved a perfect floor match--even though the previous stain was a blend of three different Minwax colors.
