They took some pics, showed me the issues and said they would have an estimate on Monday. Monday morning, the estimate arrived, and it included a 14 minute narrated video, and with pointers! The video showed everything wrong, both inside and out. We goy 2 estimates: 1 to fix the current issue and 1 that fixed the issues on all 3 dormers, as well as some cracked wood on the dormer front, which needed replacing. We selected fix all, and they came the next day to fix the inside leaks. Since it was raining off and on, it took a few days before they could finish the outside, but they kept in touch with us the whole time. The outside job took all day and they did a beautiful job. I would hire them again without hesitation.
