When I discovered that it was still present, I called Dan back. He came to my home the next day, went up into the attic, climbed on my roof, noticed a leak (totally unrelated to my phantom visitor) and applied sealant. He was thorough, so friendly and I felt safe (which is important!). He went above and beyond to find the source of the critter, and again, while doing so advised me of other situations at my home (i.e., the leak). When I asked him what I owed him, he said nothing...because he wasn't able to find the squirrel/bird/? That is excellent customer service. If I were to review myself, however, I would get not even one star. Dan and I talked about other things he does and we thought he would be a good fit re: doing some side work as he is a craftsman as well. I reached out several times and never received a response. I thought it was really odd because we talked about other plans for my house...I was really excited! I finally realized that I forgot to send him $$$ for the time he spent and effort he went to find the source of the activity in my home and for climbing around on top of my roof and applying sealant to when the leak was. In closing, I'll reiterate that Dan is great (!) and I need to get back on my Adderall.

The price was fair so I moved forward with treatment. He got to my place in the designated time and quickly got to work. He was very nice and answered all my questions. He sprayed the unit and put a gel bait in the cracks. He even moved my fridge and oven to get behind them and spray and leave bait in those borders as well. I'm praying the spraying and bait work to get rid of the pests. I just moved in to my apartment 4 days ago from California and haven't even unpacked hoping to get this situation resolved. Last Monday, I found termites in two locations inside my home. I called and reported the issue on Monday. I was promised that Angela, the Office Manager, would return my call. When my call wasn't returned, I called again. I also sent emails and photos. I asked for a copy of my policy and Sonya, the HOA manager, sent me a black form (see photos) in response. I replied that I wanted a copy of my policy not a blank document. She sent me a letter on the company letterhead stating I had a treatment & repair warranty on my home. The company is only agreeing to repair the wood on the floor but they're refusing to inspect or repair the 2 walls we both photographed and documented. They refuse to agree to repair the walls. On the phone, on Friday, Angela said their General Contractor, MCC, will inspect the wall and provide an estimate for repair. Today, Saturday, MCC owner, Larry, said he will not be coking to my home as he was told by Rick at Team Pest USA to only replace the damaged flooring plank in the photo. He said he had no notes about any walls, despite the photos. Team Pest USA stopped responding to emails or calls. They are not honoring their agreement.

I woke up one night to the sound of something thrashing in our attic (which is right over my bed). Convinced it was a mouse, I woke my DH (Darling Husband) and we sat there listening for it to stop. Once the same came up he found critter stuck to a glue trap left by our pest control. Upon further inspection, it was decided that flying squirrel had come into our builders gap. Because of the amount of trees around the property our attic was currently being used as a pathway, den and gathering place for the squirrels. My skeptical DH does not like anyone else working in his home, but this was outside his scope. I found Cristian on Yelp; although he had few reviews, his website was very informative and his demeanor was very professional. We left a message and he called us back at the end of the day. He was puntual, professional, communicated and answered all the questions he was asked. He went above and beyond the job. He not only perform the exclusion job we hired him for, he cleaned our gutters, changed the lightbulbs in the flood lights and covered all the vents for us. We asked him to put a small screen on a bathroom window we could not reach and he was so kind to do that for us as well. It's a shame that 5 stars is all we could give him, he certainly deserves more.

Things started out well, but have ended horribly. We hired Christian based on a referral and he was…read moreable to come out to address our pest issue quickly. He recommended sealing the roof, showed the material he would use, and said he would disinfect the attic as well as pick up the traps when everything was done in a few weeks. While he was sealing a space around our AC unit, he accidentally punctured the AC pipe! We then had to find an AC tech to come out immediately. He was very picky about who we selected because of the price he would have to pay for fixing the issue, and he did pay for the repair by removing that cost from his service. After the roof was sealed, he told us he placed the traps and told us to check them every few days to see if anything was caught. Once we confirmed there was nothing he said he would come out and disinfect the attic and remove the traps, as apart of his service. After a few weeks we did not see any new activity and called him to come pick up the traps as well as disinfect, as promised. He refused to come unless we paid him to do it, but it was initially included in the price we already paid him. We sucked it up because we didn't want to pay more but we're upset that we would still have to deal with pest feces in our attic space. Now, 2 years later, we have new activity, which was confirmed by another company. They took pictures of the shoddy work that was done and showed where he left some gaps in the roof. The metal he used to seal is also much smaller than what this company was suggesting. I am beyond upset! Finally, when I messaged him about this, he immediately got defensive and said the other company was lying And his work is great! All in all, the proof is in the fact that the pests are back, there are gaps in our roof, and he never came back to finish the initial job that he promised to do, even considering the extra damage and inconvenience he did to our home via the hole in our AC unit. Do not hire him, this is bad business.
