I woke up one night to the sound of something thrashing in our attic (which is right over my bed). Convinced it was a mouse, I woke my DH (Darling Husband) and we sat there listening for it to stop. Once the same came up he found critter stuck to a glue trap left by our pest control. Upon further inspection, it was decided that flying squirrel had come into our builders gap. Because of the amount of trees around the property our attic was currently being used as a pathway, den and gathering place for the squirrels. My skeptical DH does not like anyone else working in his home, but this was outside his scope. I found Cristian on Yelp; although he had few reviews, his website was very informative and his demeanor was very professional. We left a message and he called us back at the end of the day. He was puntual, professional, communicated and answered all the questions he was asked. He went above and beyond the job. He not only perform the exclusion job we hired him for, he cleaned our gutters, changed the lightbulbs in the flood lights and covered all the vents for us. We asked him to put a small screen on a bathroom window we could not reach and he was so kind to do that for us as well. It's a shame that 5 stars is all we could give him, he certainly deserves more.

He recommended sealing the roof, showed the material he would use, and said he would disinfect the attic as well as pick up the traps when everything was done in a few weeks. While he was sealing a space around our AC unit, he accidentally punctured the AC pipe! We then had to find an AC tech to come out immediately. He was very picky about who we selected because of the price he would have to pay for fixing the issue, and he did pay for the repair by removing that cost from his service. After the roof was sealed, he told us he placed the traps and told us to check them every few days to see if anything was caught. Once we confirmed there was nothing he said he would come out and disinfect the attic and remove the traps, as apart of his service. After a few weeks we did not see any new activity and called him to come pick up the traps as well as disinfect, as promised. He refused to come unless we paid him to do it, but it was initially included in the price we already paid him. We sucked it up because we didn't want to pay more but we're upset that we would still have to deal with pest feces in our attic space. Now, 2 years later, we have new activity, which was confirmed by another company. They took pictures of the shoddy work that was done and showed where he left some gaps in the roof. The metal he used to seal is also much smaller than what this company was suggesting. I am beyond upset! Finally, when I messaged him about this, he immediately got defensive and said the other company was lying And his work is great! All in all, the proof is in the fact that the pests are back, there are gaps in our roof, and he never came back to finish the initial job that he promised to do, even considering the extra damage and inconvenience he did to our home via the hole in our AC unit. Do not hire him, this is bad business.

I've been a loyal customer of Noble Pest Control since 2019, but after my recent experience, I had…read moreno choice but to fire them. They've always used water from my outdoor spigot without issue--it's just a few gallons a month. However, on June 20th, everything changed. Their technician came, used the backyard hose with a sprayer, and left the spigot on. When I got home at 11:30 PM, I found the hose had burst from the building pressure, and water had been running for who knows how long. The next morning, I called Noble's office to report the incident. I spoke with a staff member who told me to reach out when my water bill arrived, and I mentioned the damaged hose as well. When the bill finally came, it was nearly three times my normal amount. I contacted their office again, spoke to the same person, and was asked to call the County water office for a day-by-day usage breakdown. Even though I knew it wouldn't help, I tried and then emailed her all the proof on August 8th. By August 15th, I still hadn't heard back, so I followed up. After more delays, on August 19th, their office manager finally called me back. The manager acknowledged that I wouldn't be able to fix the hose and offered me a measly $60 for both the hose and a portion of the water bill. When I refused, he became rude, and we agreed to end my service. In a series of emails, they briefly agreed to do the right thing, only for the owner to email me hours later, reneging on the new amount and reverting to the original insulting offer of $60. To add insult to injury, my latest water bill confirms that the spike was entirely due to their negligence--the cost has returned to normal. But what really seals the deal for me is how unprofessional and dismissive they've been throughout this ordeal. Their office manager even blamed me, claiming I didn't contact them promptly and that I provided incorrect dates--claims that were proven false by their own staff member, Stefanie. In conclusion, I've heard similar horror stories from friends and neighbors. Noble Pest Control doesn't care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. They'll enter your property, cause damage, and then argue over what they think is fair, despite clear proof. Hire them at your own risk.
