They are a lot more interested in getting your money than your termites. Paid them over $2200…read moredollars in 2011 and $ 125 each year since then to do pretty much nothing. In 2017 they didn't come out, so they didn't get their $125. So, in 2018 they came out and walked around and we paid them their $125. That was in April. Now, 5 months later, they want to come out again for another $125 so they can make up for the year they missed. Supposedly the termite protection can be handled by once a year visit, that is, unless Don misses coming out one year, and then he needs to come out after 5 months. We were willing to have them come out again in April, but they chose to cancel our policy instead. Think twice before doing business with Don!

Someone had taken the fireplace cover off and dirt from inside had been knocked onto the hearth. He also said there were bubbles in a section of wall that he said appeared to be termite damage.
