I had a cockroach infestation and he treated the attic, baseboards, appliances, and outside in addition to providing advice on outdoor areas where pests may live. This was part of a quarterly treatment and I consider the cost to be very reasonable for the services provided. I'm very satisfied with the service and glad I called because I was at my wit's end trying to curb the infestation by myself.

We initially contacted Any Pest as in Georgia, around this time of year, I don't think any home can avoid some type of bug crawling into it. Whether it's a water bug or those nasty stink bugs, I was about fed up and decided to give them a call. They came out the following day and did a service call to do a free inspection, and not once throughout the process did I feel pressured to go with their services but I did however feel more educated on what was happening with my home. I signed my paperwork to start with their services the same day and they were out to service my home within two days. In the middle of the two day spam, I had a freak experience with a bunch of flies taking over a guest bedroom of mine and not only was the owner responding to my text messages late at night on what I should do to at least decrease the situation, but he arrived first thing at my home the following morning to help. I cannot be more grateful for contacting this company and not going with any of the others. They are hands-down the B E S T and have a long-time customer in me. You can tell that they sincerely care about their customers and they genuinely want to make sure that you have the best experience. I would recommend to absolutely anyone

I was with Extermco Pest Control for years and valued their prompt, thorough and cost effective…read moreservices. Lookout Pest Control out of Centre Alabama bought them a year or two ago so I inherited this unprofessional, expensive and ineffective company by default I guess. It started with my rodent service. Our technician was highly reluctant to go in my attic after the initial treatment and I understood due to the heat. He did tell me he could go up there in the heat to put another bait station for an additional fee of course! I'm guessing he gets commission off it! We continue to hear rodents up there but they seem unconcerned about it at all. Then the kicker of kickers, I get an email regarding an inquiry about our termite bond renewal. I never responded thus in my mind implies a no. A month later this guy shows up hops my fence and stays 10 minutes max as my girlfriend was in the home. After he leaves he sends me a text stating everything looks good no moisture or sign of infestation. No formal report whatsoever and I promptly get an invoice for $260 when it usually was $200. No notice of a price increase nothing. I didn't pay the invoice as this really infuriated me. Then I get an inquiry of payment and threat regarding the termite bond being void. I replied that I would pay when I received a report. What do I get? One line at the bottom of the invoice stating "nothing noted"! Is this any way to run a business?! I've owned and run 3 and would be mortified if my people conducted themselves like this! This is an F minus company at best!

I've been a loyal customer of Noble Pest Control since 2019, but after my recent experience, I had…read moreno choice but to fire them. They've always used water from my outdoor spigot without issue--it's just a few gallons a month. However, on June 20th, everything changed. Their technician came, used the backyard hose with a sprayer, and left the spigot on. When I got home at 11:30 PM, I found the hose had burst from the building pressure, and water had been running for who knows how long. The next morning, I called Noble's office to report the incident. I spoke with a staff member who told me to reach out when my water bill arrived, and I mentioned the damaged hose as well. When the bill finally came, it was nearly three times my normal amount. I contacted their office again, spoke to the same person, and was asked to call the County water office for a day-by-day usage breakdown. Even though I knew it wouldn't help, I tried and then emailed her all the proof on August 8th. By August 15th, I still hadn't heard back, so I followed up. After more delays, on August 19th, their office manager finally called me back. The manager acknowledged that I wouldn't be able to fix the hose and offered me a measly $60 for both the hose and a portion of the water bill. When I refused, he became rude, and we agreed to end my service. In a series of emails, they briefly agreed to do the right thing, only for the owner to email me hours later, reneging on the new amount and reverting to the original insulting offer of $60. To add insult to injury, my latest water bill confirms that the spike was entirely due to their negligence--the cost has returned to normal. But what really seals the deal for me is how unprofessional and dismissive they've been throughout this ordeal. Their office manager even blamed me, claiming I didn't contact them promptly and that I provided incorrect dates--claims that were proven false by their own staff member, Stefanie. In conclusion, I've heard similar horror stories from friends and neighbors. Noble Pest Control doesn't care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. They'll enter your property, cause damage, and then argue over what they think is fair, despite clear proof. Hire them at your own risk.

My experience with Mayday Pest Control started with a detailed inspection by Jonathan and an proposal that was very reasonable. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful.
