Always have to change the appointments, which has been hit or miss on the rescheduling. I often get notifications 24 hrs before they are showing up and not the 3 day notice as advertised. Or you get the notice after hours when the office is closed. The termite guy tried to come two months early and I had to push back. We had a date scheduled for him to come and he tried to change it again claiming we never agreed on a date. Overall not a great experience and I have switched to doing my own pest control.

I paid $1,400 to exterminate my home and seal off my home to prevent future infestations. When Dustin came out to do the initial consultation, he told me that this price would include the removal of droppings, and that they would continue to come out until everything was taken care of. The only reason I was willing to pay this much money was the peace of mind of knowing that they would take care of everything. I would not have paid $1,400 for this service if I knew that this was not true. When they came out to seal the house, I was at work, and they could only get into the crawl space. They did clean up all droppings and seal everything up. I had them come out a month or so later because there was a rodent in one of the traps, and I wanted them to take care of the attack at this time. Dustin did not even go into the attack, he just stood on the ladder and set one trap on the attack floor. I am in the process of selling my house, and during the inspection, a few droppings were found in the attack. I called Northwest to come out and clean that up, and they told me that this is not included in my contract and that I would have to pay for this service. This is terrible customer service! I could have paid a lot less money with other companies, and gotten better service.

I asked for a refund and she told me in no uncertain terms that I would NOT be getting a refund even though the work still hadn't been done. I will be seeking a new pest control company soon.

When I explained my frustration to the manager Jason, instead of refunding the unnecessary service, he only gave me $150 and told us to "have dinner on him". Beyond unprofessional. Don't pay in advance until you've seen the problem (and their "fix") with your own eyes with this company. But the 'work' they do is acceptable...just make sure you need to have work done first, BEFORE YOU PAY THIS COMPANY, because they will not refund you any money that they overcharged to you for unnecessary services.
