After that debacle, in good faith, I offered to let the tech come back to complete the INSIDE portion but they were a "no show" on the follow-up date, despite me having taken the day off of work to be at home! No follow-up nor apology from the front-office. To complete the ineptitude trifecta, they have continued to bill me for the FULL $85 for the service despite it being only partially completed.
