    We had mice. They got rid of them quickly and sealed up our house. And several years later, still no mice. Can't ask for better!

    We used to have bug issues in our 60's style small ranch house in Tucker, GA…read more Tried 1-2 other services in years past & were not impressed with the results for the money spent.| We decided to try Orkin/Rollins for issues in home, carport etc. at least 1 yr ago I believe we are serviced out of Branch152 managed by Mike Brewer. Our Technician's name is Derrick. Since using these guys, we have had zero issues in the home! This was after trying all manner of do-it-yourself chemistry with spotty results. We have 2 dogs, Cav. Spaniels... they use pet friendly chemicals in perimeter areas of rooms the dogs hang out in. Dogs do not even notice it was done. They notify ahead of planned visits and on day of visit I am emailed when they are enroute. Just excellent communication and results. Price is quite reasonable - well worth it to us and we're considering adding mosquito spraying in springtime. I see some negative reviews... all branches may not be created equal--big company. All I can speak to is my experience with this group servicing my home on Lavista in Tucker.

    We had our Orkin tech come out because there was a smell in our garage that we believed was caused…read moreby a dead rodent. The initial technician inspected part of our crawl space and told us he didn't find anything. He said their inspection specialist would need to come out. The next day, the inspection representative spent very little time in the crawl space but quickly concluded that the smell was coming from rodent droppings and recommended a crawl space cleaning and sanitizing service for $1,000. A week later, the crew completed the service. They never came to explain what they found or review the work before leaving. I had to go ask whether they had found anything, and I was told they had found a dead rat but they did not show me the rat or even a photo of it. The smell disappeared for a few days but returned even stronger just 4 days later. When we called Orkin back, the same inspection rep finally performed a more thorough inspection of the crawl space. Within minutes, he discovered a leaking cast iron drain pipe from our kitchen sink that had been dumping sewage into the crawl space. He also pointed out an inch of standing water throughout the crawl space and told us we needed to call a plumber. My question: if there was standing sewage water throughout the crawl space, how did the crew that supposedly cleaned and sanitized it never mention it? How was that completely missed during a $1,000 service? We paid for a crawl space cleaning based on what Orkin diagnosed as a rodent odor, only to learn the actual source of the smell was a sewage leak that should have been identified from the beginning. Unfortunately, customer service has been just as disappointing. I spoke with the branch manager, Ron, on Thursday. He told me he would investigate what happened and call me back on Monday because another manager was out of the office. Monday came and went with no call. On Tuesday, I called back and was told Ron was at lunch and would return my call. He never did. On Wednesday, I called again and spoke with the CS representative, who tried unsuccessfully to reach Ron. She then informed me there were no notes in my account indicating that I had ever called the day prior. She escalated the issue, and I specifically asked that they call my phone number rather than the number on the account, which belongs to my husband. Later that afternoon, my husband received a voicemail from another manager, Travis, stating that Ron was actually out of the office all week. When I returned Travis's call, I was told he was unavailable because he was on service calls and that he would call me back. He never did. I called again the following morning and was once again told he was unavailable. At this point, I'm more frustrated by the lack of accountability than anything else. I spent $1,000 on a service that failed to address the actual problem, and now I can't get anyone to return my calls or provide a meaningful resolution. The lack of communication, documentation, and follow-through is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Orkin and can't wait to cancel our service.

    We have used this company for termite control for a number of years. But when we recently…read moredeveloped a squirrel and rat problem in our attic and basement, we contacted them for wildlife service. As expected, it isn't easy to immediately identify where the problem is coming from but they were relentless in pursuing a solution. Kudos to Eli and his team, as well as Jeremy and his . They did not give up until our problem was solved, including going through a very small opening into the crawl space under our back porch to identify the main point of entry. Not a pleasant job but as Eli put it, "you gotta do what you gotta do." We appreciate their efforts and perseverance and we highly recommend Northwest. Their entire staff is the best and they get the job done!

I started having a millipede problem, it was never fixed. They offered to come out one Friday that would be to spray extra, they never came , I called repeatedly, they finally came and were extremely rude about it, I didn't book the time, but I sure did take off work for it, so sorry, for inconveniencing you for the time YOU TOLD ME you'd come out for the service IM PAYING FOR. They finally get there. Place down sticky traps, tack off all my downstairs wall electrical outlets, reinstall 70%, millipedes are still present . I'm sure they use something easily bought over the counter any consumer can use bc nothing they have done has been commercial levers that I would recommend paying them for anything .
