Great experience dealing with this company. While they are part of the larger Terminix brand, they do tend to operate independently (which is great). Pricing is clear, contracts are easy and scheduling is even better. I am on their mosquito plan with a visit every few weeks and I have clear communication of the day of arrival also I can be prepared. They also have some promos at times (first visit free) so ask before you sign up. read more

Great job, Thanks to Ryan. I watch him from my window and he was very thorough. I made him aware of my troubled and assured me he had me covered. If not, he would come back out. read more

We got a system that sprays daily. Very expensive to install and a monthly fee on top of that. We were led to believe that after our initial expense to install system, our monthly rate would stay the same. They just raised the monthly rate by over 20%. When I asked to see where in my contract an increase is allowed, they said "it isn't disallowed or allowed. Careful before you invest in equipment to understand that monthly rate can be raised as often as they like. read more

I've been on and off with mister mosquito and they have always been welcoming me back. I've used my quarterly pest control people to spray to save money and it's never as good ... I always see activity. Mr Mosquito uses a different formula that really really really packs a punch when they do come and I am nomadic for work so I'm not always at my house and with no hesitation they always come back to save me even though I went and try a different company I always came back to them and here I am the customer service is exquisite and the time to service your home . Your service and time to treatment is amazing even though they're swamped highly highly recommend this company and the product they provide. They also offer a 10 day grace period. Where if you see any activity at all, they will come again. It is such a great service. Highly highly recommend don't sleep on this company. read more

Our technician was thorough, professional and respectful of our home and property. We asked that they work around our garden and various fruit and vegetation around our yard and they honored our requests without any issue. I was very appreciative of that. read more

Wayne Gray and Danny were our Technicians today. Very nice and very professional. Did a good job.

We've had almost no mosquitos all summer, they're careful to close the gates so our dog doesn't get out and when we've needed retreatments they have come quickly at no cost. read more

They were spraying on a windy day! The mist was blowing into my organic garden. This company has no concern for neighbors.

They always take care to avoid areas with flowering or edible plants and are quick to reschedule for us if it rains or we are doing a project outdoors. Great customer service. read more

I always get a notification when Mr. Mosquito will be spraying! This is always helpful. They are very thorough when they spray, getting all areas, front and back. I did need to request additional spraying the end of the last season, when seeing mosquito activity within 48 hours , and they were happy to respray for nc, as is their policy. read more

It is a hit and miss with his company. Sometimes they send guys who do the bare minimum and leave, other times they send a manager who over sprays (even my garden). They definitely kill mosquitoes with the chemical on contact, but if it rains the next day, your property is out of luck. I've called several times to have the "free respray", but they typically say if it's in, 1-2 weeks time of your next spray then they'll just keep you scheduled at your regular time. For what we pay a month these yards should be sprayed every two weeks not every three. Especially when we have weeks of rain and returning mosquitos right after. read more

Great service from Earnest. Did a great job spraying my property. He was timely, sent me a text when he was on his way. I appreciate the attention to detail he took! Thank you! read more

Wonderful service and responsive. Our technician, Danny, texted the morning of service to let us know he'd be out that morning and then again when he was about 20minutes away. This allowed us to get our pets out to do their biz beforehand. Treatment was fast and only took about 20-30mins and we are on a little over an acre! Our property backs up to water so this service is a necessity for us! read more

So, I am not a customer. These guys were over in the neighbors yard doing their job. One employee decided to come into my yard and spray my vegetable garden and dump mosquito poison in my kiddy pool. Into the water that my kids would have been swimming in and drinking if I hadn't caught him red handed. Onto the organic vegetables that we would have been eating, but now have to throw out. I have him on camera admitting what he did. I called the manager and he sent the guys out to move the pool away from my garden and dump out the water, they flipped the pool over beside my garden so that it all ran into my tomato and pepper patch. When I called the manager again, he became very judgmental and tried to make it my fault somehow, instead of accepting responsibility and offering to clear and replant the garden or somehow make it right. No accountablility. read more

We have been using Mr.Mister Mosquito Control for several years and have been thrilled with their thoroughness. We have a wooded lot - with lots of places for mosquitos to hide - and they go deep into our woods to help us enjoy our back yard and deck. read more

Very helpful service in my area of Decatur. Our yard has a lot of foliage and trees that make our yard a living nightmare come mosquito season. We left Mr. mister mosquito for a while to link up on a deal with our pest control company but came back shortly after because we weren't getting nearly as good results or customer service. I recommend this company to all of our friends because they will do a free retreat with any sightings of mosquitos after service. They are always knowledgeable and on time. Their texting service is very helpful for reminding me when they are coming to treat and the prices are worth it to be mosquito free! Thank you Mr. Mister Mosquito. read more

We had an issue on 2 treatments. Tosin came out and was phenomenal!! We've used this company for years.

5 stars for the great customer service (although I'm typing this review while sitting on hold trying to schedule yet another retreat), but substract a few because the treatments just don't seem to work, like at all. I don't know if the mosquitos have developed a immunity or if Mr. Mister changed their forumula but a couple years ago it was like magic- no mosquitos at all for at least a week or two after treatment, now the mosquitos are back the same day and there is no noticeable difference. My other critisism is that the technicians don't seem to spend much time in the yard and give the same lip service about standing water (we don't have any) and how mosquitos can't fly very far (they're coming from somewhere). They don't seem very investing in figuring out what the issue is- they just come spray the same bushes again and leave after 5 minutes. It doesn't seem worth $90. I want to cancel our service plan but my wife keeps arguing that it would be even worse if they didn't come- but I have a hard time understanding how, our yard was treated 5 days ago and I just got 10 bites in about 5 minutes getting my son's bike tires pumped up before a bike ride. Guys- its time to go back to the mosquito scientists and find something that works! read more

We had Mr. Misquito for a couple of years with good results. During the winter before mosquito season they had a promotion to put in an automatic spraying system with timers to spray automatically from installed nozzles and an abundance of tubing. We paid with a money back guarantee if not happy. By the time mosquito season came our warranty ran out. The automatic system has not been effective at all. The recommended solution was to put mounted nozzles above some where on the gutters or eaves above. This automatic system is entirely in effective with zero results. When the system comes on we can watch the mosquitoes swarm away from the area and settle away from the spray under the nozzles shutoff I guess we just have to go back to another service company and go back to the monthly spraying. A couple thousand dollars wasted! read more

Robert Merritt an awesome, thorough job and was super friendly! Excellent customer service.

This was my 1st service and it was awful. My entire back yard was not treated. The guy in the front yard only treated the scrubs at the front door. I captured this on my home cameras. The guy treating my large backyard was there for 3.5 minutes only. I certainly hope that this is not the norm. I went into my backyard today for the first time since the treatment and the mosquitoes were unchanged. read more

Kenny did a fabulous job and is a caring and thoughtful human being.he saw I was sitting outside with my elderly friend and kindly waited while we finished lunch to go inside so he could spray my yard. I'm prone to mosquito bites and we live in the woods. No issues once we signed up with Mr. Mister. Kenisha texts me when he's on his way so we can put the dogs up. Does her thing and leaves. First and foremost, the treatments work. Rather than getting swarmed by clouds of ten to twenty mosquitoes every evening, we don't see a single one. Our backyard is usable again thanks to Mr. Mister. In addition, the customer service is outstanding. Our technician, Maurice, always goes the extra mile. Everyone on their time is friendly and committed to providing the best possible service. I switched to Mr.Mister last fall because I was frustrated with Arrow mosquito control. The biggest problem was communication for re-spray and persistent issues with mosquitoes in my patio. There was construction going on next door and the mosquito problem was worse than usual. I reached out to Mr. Mister after reviewing feedback from neighbors on Nextdoor. Setting up an appointment is as easy as texting Mark who is very professional and ensures timely and satisfactory service. In addition, Kyraun who was the on-site tech today, communicated via text, made sure he had all the info and was courteous and timely as well. Thank you Mark and Kyraun! read more

Michael S. is the best technician we have dealt with in the mosquito industry. He is always on time, incredibly thorough, courteous, and friendly. He does such an amazing job. I have tried them for a few months now. I think its ok. No greater then my company before for cheaper as for as being effective. Customer service is great though. Just wish they train their techs better. Like, do not blow mulch towards walkway or driveway... Spray inward towards the flower bed so the mulch stays in. But that's my last tech Alfred was great at paying attention to details. Thank you. read more
