I've been on and off with mister mosquito and they have always been welcoming me back. I've used my quarterly pest control people to spray to save money and it's never as good ... I always see activity. Mr Mosquito uses a different formula that really really really packs a punch when they do come and I am nomadic for work so I'm not always at my house and with no hesitation they always come back to save me even though I went and try a different company I always came back to them and here I am the customer service is exquisite and the time to service your home . Your service and time to treatment is amazing even though they're swamped highly highly recommend this company and the product they provide. They also offer a 10 day grace period. It is a hit and miss with his company. Sometimes they send guys who do the bare minimum and leave, other times they send a manager who over sprays (even my garden). They definitely kill mosquitoes with the chemical on contact, but if it rains the next day, your property is out of luck. I've called several times to have the "free respray", but they typically say if it's in, 1-2 weeks time of your next spray then they'll just keep you scheduled at your regular time. For what we pay a month these yards should be sprayed every two weeks not every three. Especially when we have weeks of rain and returning mosquitos right after. read more

Wonderful service and responsive. Our technician, Danny, texted the morning of service to let us know he'd be out that morning and then again when he was about 20minutes away. This allowed us to get our pets out to do their biz beforehand. Treatment was fast and only took about 20-30mins and we are on a little over an acre! So, I am not a customer. These guys were over in the neighbors yard doing their job. One employee decided to come into my yard and spray my vegetable garden and dump mosquito poison in my kiddy pool. Into the water that my kids would have been swimming in and drinking if I hadn't caught him red handed. Onto the organic vegetables that we would have been eating, but now have to throw out. I have him on camera admitting what he did. I called the manager and he sent the guys out to move the pool away from my garden and dump out the water, they flipped the pool over beside my garden so that it all ran into my tomato and pepper patch. When I called the manager again, he became very judgmental and tried to make it my fault somehow, instead of accepting responsibility and offering to clear and replant the garden or somehow make it right. We had Mr. Misquito for a couple of years with good results. During the winter before mosquito season they had a promotion to put in an automatic spraying system with timers to spray automatically from installed nozzles and an abundance of tubing. We paid with a money back guarantee if not happy. By the time mosquito season came our warranty ran out. The automatic system has not been effective at all. The recommended solution was to put mounted nozzles above some where on the gutters or eaves above. This automatic system is entirely in effective with zero results. When the system comes on we can watch the mosquitoes swarm away from the area and settle away from the spray under the nozzles shutoff I guess we just have to go back to another service company and go back to the monthly spraying. A couple thousand dollars wasted! read more

5 stars for the great customer service (although I'm typing this review while sitting on hold trying to schedule yet another retreat), but substract a few because the treatments just don't seem to work, like at all. I don't know if the mosquitos have developed a immunity or if Mr. Mister changed their forumula but a couple years ago it was like magic- no mosquitos at all for at least a week or two after treatment, now the mosquitos are back the same day and there is no noticeable difference. My other critisism is that the technicians don't seem to spend much time in the yard and give the same lip service about standing water (we don't have any) and how mosquitos can't fly very far (they're coming from somewhere). They don't seem very investing in figuring out what the issue is- they just come spray the same bushes again and leave after 5 minutes. It doesn't seem worth $90. I want to cancel our service plan but my wife keeps arguing that it would be even worse if they didn't come- but I have a hard time understanding how, our yard was treated 5 days ago and I just got 10 bites in about 5 minutes getting my son's bike tires pumped up before a bike ride. Guys- its time to go back to the mosquito scientists and find something that works! read more

Great service! We used to have a terrible mosquito problem. We have been using Mr. Mister organic product, Maverick, for a couple of years and we rarely see mosquitos. This was my 1st service and it was awful. My entire back yard was not treated. The guy in the front yard only treated the scrubs at the front door. I captured this on my home cameras. The guy treating my large backyard was there for 3.5 minutes only. I certainly hope that this is not the norm. I have tried them for a few months now. I think its ok. No greater then my company before for cheaper as for as being effective. Customer service is great though. Just wish they train their techs better. Like, do not blow mulch towards walkway or driveway... Spray inward towards the flower bed so the mulch stays in. Extremely poor customer service and oversight/training of technicians. After asking that technicians park on the street when they serviced our yard, a technician insisted on attempting to drive up our steep driveway, causing damage to the driveway and lawn. We were repeatedly told that the issue would not occur again and that technicians were not supposed to drive up driveways. Six weeks later, the same issue occurred again. Service cancelled. read more
