Alex and Q conducted our home termite treatment recently, and they did a great job. They also put down a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. They were courteous, extremely professional, punctual and were very clear in explaining everything. We also use Breda for our quarterly pest control and Calvin also does a terrific job and is super professional and courteous. A great company in my opinion! Highly recommend! read more

I have been using Breda for several years now. They provide quarterly pest control and a termite warranty. The technicians are always very professional and friendly so no problems there. Last week after being stung twice I found a yellow jacket nest under a table on my deck. I called Breda and left a message. A week later they hadn't returned my call so I called again and was told it would be a week before they could get out. Meanwhile, I am unable to use my deck without being stung again. While they are unable to return my calls they did not have a problem calling to request I put a credit card on my account to save them time billing. Needless to say I'm not feeling very happy with them at the moment and I'm considering switching companies. read more

I hired Breda for a moth treatment and the technician sprayed inside my walk‑in closet while it was full of clothing and inventory, including items lying on the floor. He then shut the closet door and told me not to enter for 10 minutes. Six hours later the closet still had a very strong chemical odor from 565 Plus XLO Formula 2, and when I raised concerns about safety and my belongings, I was given contradictory explanations (told it was "safe," but also told not to smell my clothes because I could get sick). I'm now dealing with a headache and uncertainty about contamination of a non‑washable vintage dress and other items I sell. Very disappointed with the lack of clear warnings and honest communication about risks. I had no write up about what was done, by who, how much chemical and which chemical was used until I called to complain where the guy kept saying I would need to wash my clothes either way (I had washed all my damn clothes before moving here) took forever. . He then said he could come spray febreze. . And then said he could do that only Monday and today is Friday. Not only all of that, but he tried to tell me the aerosol spray only sprays upwards and doesn't fall on the floor as if that is how spraying and gravity works. read more

Corey Moody just left our home. He is absolutely the best service person we've every had. I can't say enough good things about him. He was so patient, asked me several questions, and didn't seem rushed at all or eager to get to the next job. So thorough. You've got yourself a real winner with this young man. Thank you. read more

This company made me scheduled three weeks out and then they didn't even show up or bothered to call me and let me know when I called them. They still couldn't make it here. I would not recommend this company anybody. read more

Tyler Collins was assigned to do termite inspection on my house and Austin Drake was assigned to do quarterly pest control. It worked out so well. both technicians arrived at the same time (that is how I scheduled them) and both were very efficient in preforming their assigned task. Tyler pointed out a few "entry points" on the roof which I need to take care of because rodents can get it the house through there. I would not even know if not for him that I had an issue there. Austin sprayed the house in and out and even took a special broom to remove webs alongside my roof. Very efficient crew and knowledgeable. I had a few questions and they had all answers. Professional. No guessing involved. Very good team indeed. Thank you very much for hiring good employees, those who don't cut corners. read more

I used Breda Pest Control for the first time yesterday. I had a large yellow jacket nest out by my driveway and some common bug issues inside. I am very satisfied with the service. Marty V. was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am so glad that I do not have to worry about those yellowjackets anymore! Thank you Breda and an extra thanks for the outstanding price! Pretty sure this company has no idea what they are doing. Had a bug problem and they couldn't even identify the insect after three exterminators came. A simple google image search told me what they were. They put roach traps down for bugs that did not look like roaches. They never even looked/sprayed outside where the source of the bugs are coming from. Hired another company after and they said Breda spread poison powder all over the place where it's supposed to only be in cracks for safety (good thing we didn't touch the powder). The one nice thing they did was cancel my contract after I called. But they never even apologized or asked any questions. Some exterminators put the protective shoe coverings on when they arrived and some didn't and dragged dirt into the house. Go with someone else! read more

Breda has been my go-to pest control longer than I've lived in my home. they are pleasant, efficient, and affordable. every breda rep has been prompt, courteous, and meticulous about doing their job. Breda keeps my pets safe and uses materials that will not harm them. They also are very careful about exterior pesticides that will not harm the natural wildlife in my backyard. Breda takes steps to learn our routines and lifestyles so that everyone is comfortable. read more

They were fantastic, and I would highly recommend them! Corey Moody was the one assigned. He was incredibly knowledgeable, talked me through everything, answered my questions and delivered fantastic customer service. I was really nervous about the bug issues I was having, but after the visit I feel really relieved and am confident that the issues were fixed. I will definitely be having regular service through Breda because of this interaction. Thank you so much, Corey! read more

My house. She is old. But I love her. I called her my urban cottage. Loving her and knowing how to best take care of her is hard. Thanks to company's like this one, I don't have to know all the answers and I can trust their services. I must admit- I wasted a lot of time listening to advise, googling solutions and enlisting the help of my neighbors. Who were happy to help. But also didn't know what to do. You will like Breda for the big things: Professional. Experts in their field. No nonsense pricing. Clear communication. But you will love them for the tiniest things. Kind. The care they take in your home. Their attention to detail. Cleanliness. Promptness. Friendly. It's been a few weeks now and I've met or talk to on the phone 11 different employees. They are all consistently consistent. It doesn't feel like a company in your home, it feels like a trusted group of friends. They will find a solution. They will execute a plan. Retiring your piece of mind. Isn't that what you really want? read more

Had an issue with technician(s) being a little tardy and a lack of communication; however, Breda stepped up and followed up with the situation and expressed genuine concern to improve the process. I was impressed with the amount of time they were willing to make the situation better and to try and improve future experiences. read more

Lil Mike and his crew did a great job on my home. Got the critter out of my crawlspace and sealed up the entire house. Answered all of my questions. I highly recommend. read more

Little Mike came this week and sealed the house to solve my squirrel and roof rat problem. He was awesome and answered all my questions and made sure all potential entry points were closed off. finally had a night without the scratching and scurry of critters getting into the attic. would never use anybody else. Breda is the best and Little Mike was a pleasure. read more

Review is for the wildlife division and Jessica, the customer service representative. Their Work: Hunter, Q, and another crew member came to get these squatters out of my attic (squirrels -___-). They did a really good job and got straight to business as soon as they got here. No complaints, no breaks, just hustle and bustle. I appreciated it. They explained every step that they took and got my attention when someone seemed questionable. I also appreciated Jessica taking the time to explain to me what my cost breakdown was. She's pretty patient and knowledgable. I actually saw her recommended by other customers and Breda employees as well. Would I recommend? Yup! They're apparently the best in Atlanta. Will I use them again? I would! read more

Super knowledge and helpful! Would definitely recommend using Breda! My dogs are great judges of character and they love all the workers who have come by. Chris knows his stuff and put my mind at ease over keeping critters of all leg counts outside where they belong! read more

I initially called Breda because I had a mouse problem. Chris Collender answered my call within minutes and set-up the appointment to access the problem. Breda came and did a bat abatement on our house and we are so appreciative of their stellar service. From Chris, who came out and explained the service, to Tristan and Justin, who did the actual mitigation process, to Christopher, who came out two weeks later to check for any sign of bats - their service was thorough and exceptional. I feel that our house was made very secure and I highly recommend this company. Thanks guys! Gayle G. read more

I've used Breda Pest for a number of things throughout the years, and they continue to step up, again and again. Little Mike, Jon Jon and Daniel from the Wildlife Department did great work at our house today after a roofing company had removed all of materials they put around our roof for years ago. Can't say enough about Brad Buckner (manager) and his crew for helping us out. read more

I have used Breda for 18 years. We just recently had an inspection to sell our home and the exterminator found seven large cockroach nests in our attic. I called Breda to come and and spray and clean up. they said they would spray but not clean up and told me to pay another company to do it. Normally I would be fine with that but clearly the technician had not actually been putting bait in the attic and when they came we did tell them we saw roaches. it is embarrassing for the home inspector to find this and it could case us to lose the sale. Breda either needs to vacuum the excrement or pay a company to clean it up. The manager said well they left bait in the attic but in 18 years I have never noticed them go to the attic. they also never remove any spiderwebs. I always had to go out and do it. I am truly disappointed that they won't make this right. read more

I requested a quote from Breda for proactive termite prevention services. my past co. was significantly higher than the quote by Breda. I already use Breda for insect control and may start mosquito protection also. i was impressed with the estimating technician Chris C for his knowledge and thorough assessment. no termites either ! thanks for your fine work Chris. He has a great sales personality, industrious can-do attitude and explained things well. I was also impressed with the quickness of Breda's response. I. will add that the previous firm, Active, sent a bill before any services had been rendered expecting prepayment. they should have waited for payment when service was done. I've been their customer 3 years and they are now part of a nationAl conglomerate with no concern for their local customers. read more

Very nice employees. But a year and half later, we still have rodents. Our house is not even that big. Some techs who show up to check, do very brief looks.... I usually have to point out where to look. They show up with no traps, no baits... I don't recommend this company. read more

Unfortunately, we went from a 5-star review family to a 2-star review family. They advertise that only the sun outshines their service, and that may be the case for their technicians, but their customer service representatives did not get that memo. I think my biggest disappointment is that I truly do love their pest control service, but having to sift through condescending conversations with scheduling, errors, questions and confusing marketing mailings leaves a bad taste in my mouth. We were customers for several years and while every technician that visited our home was kind, knowledgeable and (felt) trustworthy, we have since moved on to another business for our pest control. read more

I've enjoyed being a Breda customer for mosquito control for years. I appreciate Breda has kept prices steady. I like that it's a family owned and operated company. The one time I called the service manager to request Breda not spray my yard on days when there was a very high, well known chance of rain, the service manager was rude and dismissive. On another occasion I left a message with Brenda's answering service, requesting a quote to remove a very large wasp nest. Breda never called me back. I think the Breda family has a good work ethic and vision, but is encountering problems maintaining that level of service as their business grows. I'm still a customer and recommend Breda. I hope this feedback helps Breda grow better and stronger. read more

We have been using Breda Pest Managment ever since we moved into our home 15 years ago. Justin has always been our tech, and is like part of our family. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Great service. I highly recommend them!! read more

I unfortunately had the need to use Breda Pest Management services because of Squirrels in the attic. The level of knowledge and professionalism that I received was amazing. I am a very satisfied customer. There follow service is great too. You're in good hands with Breda! read more

As a rule I don't like leaving review, but the service is so bad I feel I should at least say something. After having a difficult time with our previous pest control company, a friend suggested I try Breda because they have been with them for years and had such a wonderful experience. They are a little more expensive but I thought I would give them a chance. After speaking with the sales rep I was excited to get started. Unfortunately, what I was promised and what I got were two different things. I am very disappointed on all fronts. Our home has been sprayed for mosquitos four times now and we still can't go outside without getting bit. The indoor service is not better, I have seen more bugs then I did with our previous pest control company. Only two nights ago, a spider crawled across the table while we were seated for dinner. This is unacceptable. Of all the services we have I would have to say the critter control is the worse. It is very difficult to get anyone to come out and when they do finally come out all I hear are excuses such as, "we just need to wait to see if the granulates are working." They can't even agree as to what kind of critter it is. In the meantime I have lost 5 plants, that will cost a small fortune to replace, to what I assume are voles and/or moles. So far they have been out twice and I am currently waiting for them to return because the granulates are still not working. Each time that I have called them out for these extra service calls I end up waiting another month and we lose more plants. Where does it end? I am tired of waiting. All I can say is buyer beware. read more

My husband and I didn't have a great experience with our previous extermination company so when our contract was over I called Breda. My coworker recommended them and they had almost 5 star reviews on TrustDale.com. I got an appointment right away and every time I spoke to one of the ladies over the phone (Brandy, Madison and Kelly) they answered right away and were so nice. The quote was reasonably priced and I knew it was accurate because it was the same amount my coworker paid for her service and our homes have the same amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. My rep Shane Hensley was thorough and took the time to educate me on what he was going to do and why. He wasn't judgmental and very easy to talk to. He asked me if I wanted to come outside to see how he treated the perimeter of our home. I'm looking forward to our next service visit in October! I'm confident the service I receive will continue to be 5 star just from my first encounters. Thank you Shane and the entire Breda team! read more

Wow, what a team to help us solve our flying squirrel issues but in doing so, also made ouur home warmer! We had a flying squirrel problem once this year and figured that with colder weather it will become a reoccurring issue s called Breda for an inspection, recommendation, and estimate. As it turns out, the Atlanta building codes are loose at best and we had MULTIPLE areas open to all sorts of creatures. Rick Edmondson gave us a non-hustle review and firm estimate which we decided, immediately, to tAke advantage of. We were blessed to have two great installers, gentleman named Lil Mike and 343-Scotty. Both kept us informed of the progress and gave us a heads up on our need for additional gutter clips. And, just a minute ago, Kelley, for QC called to make sure we were satisfied filed with the work done yesterday. Scotty and Mike told us we could expect a warmer home as a side benefit and they were right. Normally we keep our night time temperature at 67 but now we need to lower it to 65! Our home feels 'tight' now and we love the work the Breda team did. Heads-up, our neighbor had the same issue we had, had another pest company complete their work wIth 6 installers who had to come back to their home 3 times! Go Breda! read more

Why five stars? The Breda staff is reliable, caring. professional , knowledgeable and persistent. Every interaction with a staff member , whether it was the office, or a technician was positive. Nick and Frank were just wonderful. They worked with me for over a year on my rodent problem. I have used other pest control companies, but they did not exhibit the dedication to me, as a customer, that the Breda Staff did. read more

So far so good. Very thorough and professional. Appointments were kept and also advised us to call when needed

From the initial consultation for a rodent problem in our house team at Breda has been very through and easy to work with. The gentleman who came out to do the consult was experienced and gave some practical advice even before we hired them. When I called to get a dead rat removed from the attic after scheduling for a day out, I got a call that a team could swing by that day. The exclusion work was done today but I feel good that the team will continue to be conscious and help us get ride of our rodent housemates. read more

Don't mess around with anyone else. Just use these guys and get Joe if you can. He's just awesome and incredibly thorough. I have had them do exclusion work as well and they did angriest job and the price was very fair, even a little less than it should be. Fantastic folks. read more

We have an animal dying in a trap in our attic. No emergency number so we have to listen to it die all weekend. They never mentioned what to do if an animal was caught. I didn't think the traps were meant to kill. I cannot believe this company would do this. read more

Fernando provided personable and exceptional customer service. He was here for a consultation and needs assessment.
