Licking back, I should have just gone out and bought the $50 auger myself which we did after they left Feeling completely foolish for using this company they are very nice to talk to you but somehow I think there is a sliding scale here and when they walk into a house that looks very presentable and clean the rate looking back at it was outrageous It would like seeing a doctor, and I feel like I saw the proctologist. The installation itself self was very quick, but because the fixture had more than just a few crystals that needed to be individually attached, it took a bit longer. But he attached them, one-by-one, and kept a great attitude though it was a tedious thing to do. The job was completed without a hitch. I would highly recommend and will be using him for my other electrical jobs going forward.
