Outstanding Electric Company!…read more I had an extremely challenging situation with a master bathroom project after the previous contractor abandoned the job. The walls had already been tiled, and the electrical work for the fixtures had been done very poorly. Several electricians and contractors came out to look at the project, but most declined to take it on because the situation was such a mess. Then I called Lightning Bug Electric, and they were absolutely fantastic from the very beginning. They immediately arranged for Cody to come out for a site visit. He took the time to really understand the situation, carefully thought through each challenge, developed a plan, and provided me with a quote on the spot. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to take on a difficult project that others had walked away from. The very next morning at 9:00 a.m., two technicians arrived and got to work. Marcus and Anthony were brilliant, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly skilled. They navigated an extremely complicated situation with expertise and a great attitude. Not only did they never seem frustrated by the challenges they encountered, they were so kind and courteous. They took the time to do the job correctly rather than taking shortcuts. What impressed me most was that all three--Cody and the two technicians--mentioned how much pride they take in their work. And it absolutely showed. The quality of the work was outstanding. They were professional from start to finish, communicated well, showed up when they said they would, and left me feeling confident that the electrical work was finally done properly. Lightning Bug Electrical exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, professional electricians who genuinely care about the quality of their work. Five stars without hesitation!

Joe Cox and his company --what a hidden gem amongst all the other electricians out there to choose…read morefrom. I used his services for home repair to install a ceiling fan w/remote control and to replace a blown electrical outlet in one of the bedrooms. He was super polite, friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly fast. He kept me informed of when he would arrive and even when he was running behind on the job before mine, he re-informed me he would be running late and the approximate time he would able to leave. AND, on top of that, he called me 10-minutes before he arrived on my front door step. He doesn't charge those astronomically ridiculous "house call fees" like the others do. There is a nominal charge, but it is applied towards the work done. He looked at both projects, gave me an astonishingly amazing great quote right on the spot. I approved and he got to work straight away. He took my payment and emailed my receipt. Super clean, super easy and super efficient. It's now about almost two months later and everything is working great. I plan to have him come back out to attend to both the front and back doorbells. They were originally done by another electrician who obviously botched the job. While he was there he even took a quick peek at the doorbells and diagnosed their problems (w/o a charge). I say hire him & fast as he is super busy.
