He answered any questions that I had and put my mind at ease. He reached out to confirm and let me know when to expect him. JB and his team came ready to work on time with great attitudes and amazing energy. I told them where I wanted it placed and left them to their work. I checked on them a few times just to look at the progress and was pleased with their professionalism. My pergola is steel and fully assembled weighs 600 lbs. Here's a polished, helpful Yelp-style review you can use for Fix It Pro. If you'd like it shorter,…read morefunnier, more formal, or customized to a specific repair they did, I can adjust it: 5-Star Review for Fix It Pro I had an excellent experience with Fix It Pro from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to solving the issue--not just rushing through a job. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything in plain language so I knew exactly what was going on and what my options were. The technician was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up after the work was finished. The repair itself was done efficiently and the results have been flawless. Their pricing was transparent with no surprise add-ons, which I really appreciate. It's rare these days to find a service company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer care, but Fix It Pro delivers on all fronts. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable, high-quality work.

This company is one of those rare companies that do the job you hire them to do at a fair price and go out of their way to make you happy. I highly recommend them. Call now, because I'm sure they get busy quickly! I'm not a big fan of writing reviews unless a company has exceeded my expectations or a company was so bad that I feel the need to warn people. CA&I more than exceeded my expectations and per my wife that's hard to do! :) They installed two Custom closets we bought from Modular Closets, that came in 100 boxes!
