Needed electrician to assess a red light in fuse box and new EV charger outlet installed. Sergio was the only electrician to respond on what could be the issue with detailed explanation and estimate ahead of few other companies. We set up appointment at 9 am on a Saturday. First, he texted me well in advance that he's on his way and showed up on time. He got to installing the EV outlet and based on the quality of the work I also asked him to install two outlets upstairs with switches for the closet. Outcome was perfect as you can see from the pictures, but what I admired was HOW he worked, in terms of addressing the job at hand and putting in effort like it was his own house that results in the expected results: 1) Appointments and estimates are fast, accurate and timely. 2) Sergio was using bags below the cutting area to catch the dust, even in garage. 3) As you can see in the pictures, the faceplate screws are perfectly aligned as was the outlet and switch height with existing switches / outlets. 4) As he was packing up couldn't help but notice even his work truck was nicely organized.
