Square D has an excellent reputation, so I felt confident knowing they use a trusted, high-quality product. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. The cost was a great value, coming in under $500. Felipe and Stiven were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. Another reason I keep coming back to MEER is the convenience of their on-site U-Haul rental. I've rented from them many times over the years, and the service has always been just as outstanding as their electrical work. It's hard to find companies that consistently deliver this level of professionalism and customer service, but MEER has done it for me year after year. Purchased new wall sconces but they weren't hard wired to mount a wall. Got them re wired so they could be properly installed. Meer got the job done! I've called them (periodically) for 20+ years!! They aren't the lowest price BUT they know what they are doing & in this day & age, it's a rarity! I'll pay more to know it's done right... the first time!! And, their people are great to work with! Company came recommended to us, and I was so relieved that booking was easy. I filled out a form and they were able to come the next day. James C is my personal hero. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me and my partner. He answered every question we had and showed us pictures of the issue with our breaker. He realized we needed the breaker replaced, and he immediately ran to the store to get it so the issue could be solved same day. Him and his partner worked diligently to make sure all connections were secure so we could be reassured we were safe. Extremely satisfied by the installation of a manual transfer switch and power inlet for my portable electric start portable Champion generator. A nice clean installation by Victor and Edwin that only took a few hours to complete. What is impressive is the prompt and thorough communications from Meer regarding the first estimate appointment, recommendations for the most economical options, quick follow-up scheduling, location tracking provided of installation team for the day of the appointment, communications with installation team to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Just absolutely stellar customer service, way beyond expectations. Very well planned, their experience was demonstrated and was executed as a pro-active customer service, versus the typical reactionary customer service experienced with majority of service companies in our area today. I contacted 13 companies for this job - 4 no return phone calls, 4 estimates in person and discounted 5 from any further communications as they were totally unprofessional. 3 of the estimate companies ghosted me after submitting estimates! The job was 4 figures, not $50 and worth their while. If all our interactions with vendor businesses were as exceptional as experienced with Meer, it would be a pleasure to hire contractors for work. Meer sets an extremely high standard that is probably not approachable by 99% of the companies servicing our area today with various services, because other businesses just don't seem to care enough about their customers - as the ongoing growth of Atlanta has kept them in business despite their haphazard service that would have put them out of business anywhere else. Meer could be an expert trainer or consultant for these other businesses, as their customer service and expertise in their services provided are THAT FANTASTIC!
