She scheduled a Zoom call with Ryan, the owner, within 1 hour. Ryan listened to my issues, and had me show him all the areas where I had issues. Again, Ryan was very pleasant and understanding of what I was experiencing. Stephanie scheduled my appointment, and was able to get me an earlier appointment for service. Arturo came out, performed the work and did a thorough inspection of my entire electrical system. Again, another very pleasant and professional individual. I highly recommend Knightly - Ryan is the man. He came out and gave a free quote for several projects I had in mind. The prices were fair and he was transparent in what would be the most cost effective options. He installed a ceiling fan and fixed an electrical outlet in about two hours. I was pleased with the work and had him come back for some bigger projects. He installed another ceiling fan and two light fixtures, all required new wiring. Knightly replaced the electrical panel in our condo and updated with wired smoke/CO sensors. Ryan was very easy to work with. Great guy, Sergio was on time for the appointment and provided updates on ETA. He explained the best location to install the outlet for the EV charger.
