Two guys in uniform in the truck early that made me happy. Determined, I not only had one bad breaker, but three, quite expensive, but needed to be done. We were in need of having a ceiling fan (already purchased) installed for a 20' ceiling. A tech from Electrical Pros came and presented us with a range of quotes - "Platinum Option", "Gold Option", "Silver Option", "Bronze Option", and "Band Aid Option", ranging from $1,600.00 down to $350.00 to JUST install the fan which is all we wanted anyway. The prices were shocking but the shaming tactic by calling the service we actually asked for the "Band Aid Option" was insulting. I also asked for quotes for 4 other MINOR jobs and their quote range (same shaming option names) is $2,800 - $5,400. read more

Professional, courteous, efficient and on-time - all of these attributes describe my experience with Electrical Pros. One of the first things I noticed when they arrived was that they used shoe booties/shoe covers so as to not track anything into my house. Also, they look professional. Names embroidered on their shirts, service trucks/vans that aren't beat up and are easily identified by the company name on the vehicles. I've had many other experiences when I was unsure who was driving up to my house. All of the above things are nice, but the real reason for my review is due to the service they provided. We experienced a lightning surge, which caused various issues with our home electrical. Electrical Pros came out a few minutes before their appointed time - when was the last time a service provider was EARLY to your house. The team of two guys got right to work to diagnose the issues we were experiencing. Not only did they assess the situation we had from the lightning surge, but they also noticed several other issues we had with our electrical panel. They had provided me a few options that we could choose from. There was a most-basic, these are the items that must be done, all the way up to the top-of-the-line quote (which we choose) where they would correct all of the issues they encountered. I appreciated this, as I've had other situations where I was just given one option, take it or leave it, but not with Electrical Pros. They informed me of all the items they came across, and plainly explained what needed to be done immediately, and what could be done for my overall peace of mind. I went with the most expensive quote (which was a more reasonable price then I expected) and within a half hour the team of two turned into a team of 5 guys, all working at the same time to make us right as soon as possible. They were considerate of our time when they first arrived (by being early) and then they were considerate of our time by bringing in a whole group of guys so they could complete the job as soon as possible. My experience with Electrical Pros has been extremely positive. I asked for business cards so that I could recommend them to friends, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs electrical service diagnostics and repair. read more

After trying to get another company and an individual to call me back I called Electrical Pros. The were very professional and communicated very well. After coming out and seeing what we wanted done (wiring a new workshop) they gave me several cost options and explained the features and benefits of each option. They showed up on time and completed the work as agreed. They did a good job of disguising the conduit coming out of the house by running it by the gutter downspout. We had no problems with the County codes inspector he approved the work without any problems. Their work was fairly priced not cheap but cheap may not pass codes or could get the house burned down. Around 6 pm one day last week, we realized there was a serious problem with our circuit breaker box - it was hot and producing an ominous odor. I called The Electrical Pros on recommendation of a friend, and was told someone would come in an hour. An hour later, they arrived. Good sign right there. The circuit board was melting and would soon have caught fire. They gave a written estimate for replacing the board which was in an awkward location due to old renovation, told us how to remain safe that night, came back the next morning,and finished that afternoon. Cost unchanged. In addition, they had cleaned up completely, had checked everything out throughout the house as evidenced by appliances turned back on, clocks reset; they even labeled the circuits which hadn't been done before.
