Not a reliable company. Sent a technician to my house who was not qualified and even said, "I've never seen an electric tankless water heater before" after I had clearly given Showtime pictures and stated that I had an electric tankless water heater. They then offered to send out a more senior technician but the day of the appointment (an hour before the technician was supposed to arrive) said it would cost me $120 to have them get on the phone with the water heater vendor to troubleshoot. If they had said this upfront I could have evaluated the cost but they did it last minute. Very unprofessional business practices. read more

Extremely disappointed in this company. We bought a water heater from this company in Feb 2024. Jan 2025 water heater malfunctioned. I called the company since they installed it. Scott came out and agreed there was a problem and told our daughter since it was under warranty she would have to order the replacement parts for the water heater. He didn't even tell her which part was defective. He left her house without fixing the water heater leaving her without hot water. I called the company and asked why my daughter was responsible to find the parts to fix her water heater that was bought and installed by Showtime Express. I asked why they would come to a house that needs the hot water heater fixed and then leave without fixing it? After several calls to the company, they finally agreed to send Scott the technician, to the house to fix the problem. Scott was rude. And to top it all off, he was caught on camera urinating outside on the driveway. Unbelievable!! read more

Our tech Ethan did a great job diagnosing an issue we had with one of our pipes and was reasonable for work performed although the issue has not been resolved yet. We are waiting on a quote from them for repair of a pretty big job and will consider them for the repair which may require some concrete digging and a bigger budget. I have an older home and I love my house. However, old pipes don't last forever. Around 2 weeks ago; I discovered leaky pipes and water in my crawl space. I contacted Showtime Express and they were very responsive. Ethan was out to my house within a few days. The estimate was reasonable for replacing old copper pipes with pvc pipes. Within a few days Ethan returned to complete the job. He showed me what he was going to do to replace the old pipes; and put new pipes...he was very thorough. Job finished and he showed me the finished product. Ethan also had one additional recommendation for me, which I will take care of next week. Thankful for Showtime Express. Can't say enough nice things about Chris and Glenda. We had a water line break outside our house. The local water authority read the meter on a Thursday and turned off the water. All I could think of was spending a weekend without water. When I first spoke to Glenda she was very helpful and understanding. She got Chris out to look at the issue as quickly as possible. When he arrived he quickly identified the issue and began trying to schedule the repair with his sub who could do the trench work. He kept me informed about scheduling and ended up arriving as planned on Saturday morning. Within an hour the work was done and we had water again. Chris then made us aware we could request a rebate from the water authority and gladly provided the paperwork showing that the break was outside the house and that we could not have know about the leak. Now we're just waiting on the County Water Authority to process the request. I'm happy to recommend Showtime Express and will be calling them the next time I have a need for plumbing. read more

Ethan was AWESOME!!!! He gave us a fair and honest price within the national average for the job we needed done. He also used upgraded materials for the pipes that can withstand 500psi. He did not overcharge on the supplies needed at all. The main part he installed will last us 15 years. He was able to do the job in 45 minutes, while some other plumbers told us at least 2 hours with a much higher estimate. I got several estimates and there were a few other less expensive contractors we could have used, but Ethan's company had more good reviews which to me equals more happy customers. He also gave us a 1 year warranty on the work, which puts my Dad's mind at ease. Our faith is restored, as we have had so many bad experiences in the past with contractors taking advantage of my 80 year old father who really doesn't know how to navigate the internet and read reviews or do research on the backgrounds of contractors before he hires them. Their communication is superb, they arrive on time and get to work. The tech that came out to my house was extremely professional he listened to the challenges we were having looked at the damage (didn't even turn his nose up at the smell the drain caused; which smelled like rotten eggs). He then explained every step of the process and how long it would take. I must say I am not use to plumbers being as professional and patient as this guy but I am glad.
