I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.

Ms Bankston's service is superb…read more I was staying at an airbnb itn Decatur and needed a prescription picked up.(I don't drive ). I called five errand running/delivery services on a Friday evening. One would charge $100 for a weekend job; the other three did not respond to my voice mails - ever! On Saturday morning Ms Bankston called me, apologizing for not returning my call after hours on Friday and offering the first pick-up free of charge to make up for it (although I didn't take her up on it ) She showed up on my airbnb door Saturday morning and I knew at once I could trust her. She returned with my Rx and several other things I needed. Thereafter I've called numerous times for errands and appointments where I accompanied her. Even when I called with short notice, she said, "We'll make it work", and did. Her rates are reasonable, and she always greets you with a smiling face and, if you like, friendly conversation. For the last six months, Ms Bankston has become indespensible in my life, going the extra mile by carrying groceries up to my apartment ( I'm a senior ). Thank you, Wanda!
