The big issues we experienced were: - They started printing our order before we agreed on the final version - We requested our prints to be mounted foam boards; instead we were given framed images. Also note - there were no communications prior to pickup. APM took the decision to change the product without consulting the customer. - We were sent a Square invoice and paid there. After paying it, Geno told us that the Square account "isn't setup" and we'd need to pay another way. Additionally, there was no support in getting it refunded through the Square system (even though there's ample online guidance to do it in a four easy steps) - After our event finished, we reached out to see if we could resolve the matter without getting the bank involved. Our outreach has still been ignored to this date. So, all that to say and advise any potential customers to take their business to another vendor that deserves it. Geno and Atlanta Print Masters failed to provide us with professional service. Don't waste your time and money with Atlanta Print Masters.

Everyone kept telling me that it would take 2 weeks or longer to complete 45 jerseys. I could not accept that answer. I explained to Byran that I had my blank jerseys and what needed to be added. I explained our situation to him. He rose to the occasion. He got all of our jerseys done in about 36 to 40 hours. He was a God send for sure. He has 2 locations and was able to squeeze our order into his already full work schedule. The jerseys came out exactly as requested. I was able to pickup and distribute to the teams in time for our first tournament. There was a small hiccup that he fixed immediately. A few jerseys got removed for quality check so removed from box. UPDATE: May 19 2023: I haven't received a refund of $280 for…read morethe digitizing process of the photo that I did NOT receive!! They've only refunded my fee for image embroidering. I also feel that it's sad that when the company is in the wrong instead of correcting thier wrong doing and growing as a black owned business. They right off their customers and instantly say they longer want to do business with you. They talk down on and belittle the customers they do wrong and deliberately flip the story to make thier paying customers seem like their at fault. Instead of providing the proper service and being an example in the community. It's They've had my items for almost 3 months I've paid over $500 and they have yet to send my items and they refused to give my money back for the embroidery and digitizing of the graphic photo on the back of the line jacket. With the lack of service and communication alone, I wouldn't recommend this company to any Greek Organization. The incident: March 11th 2023 I placed an order over $500 with a digitized image and it's now May & I've yet to receive what I paid for. The crossing jacket along with the embroidering on both arms front and back and picture and $280 digitizing fee " as stated in their Police" is None refundable because they garentee customer satisfactory. I asked that they fix the color on the lips which wasn't like the original photo and they changed it to a dark red and made them look like Ape lips. I then asked that they make the lips look like the original and they changed them yet again. After calling for days / weeks on end someone finally called me back but only after I said I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau. Speaking to her on the phone she said that they could not do ask I requested and also could not fix the chest of the picture and asked if I could do it myself and send it to them. Which makes no since, I paid $280 for them to do so. Then she hung up and said we lost connection and it was back to no replies and none answering if the phone. They continued this for a long time until I made my first post on Google. Then they started to act oblivious about what was going on. I continued to email them about the situation as well. Because of the post I've made ok here they finally emailed me but said I was treating them by asking for my money back for services on a product that I did not receive. And said they would give me my money back " even through they don't have to!" If I take my reviews down. I refused because I feel people should know how they handle and bully their customers after they pay their money. I'm stilllllll currently trying to get my money back from the situation. They essentially ruined the entire bag and won't even refund the charge for the monogramming. When we called the lady said she couldn't do anything and then hung up on us. I highly recommend you avoid this business. Update: After posting reviews, we were contacted by Chantal, who was very friendly and willing to work to fix the problem. She refunded the money for the monogramming, and they were able to take the stitching out of one side and re-do it on the other side. You can still see where the stitching was on the wrong side from the inside of the bag, but it's not too noticeable from the outside, which is all that mattered to me. Chantal also followed up several times to make sure that things were resolved.
