I reached out to a friend in Atlanta (Friday May 18, 2018) to ask him if he knew a good company to print t-shirts for my entire team to have a uniform look. He told me to reach out to Matt at IS Studio because he had used him before and he might have a soft cotton shirt that I wanted. I was given his cell phone number, so I called Matt on Friday May 18, 2018 and he seemed really nice. I told him what I wanted and he said to submit my order asap for a quote asap, so I could have them within two weeks (Friday June 1) when I would arrive in Atlanta from San Diego, California. IS Studio has a minimum order of 18 shirts. I only needed 12, but decided to go with him since he was a referal. I submitted my order online and immediately quoted a price of $139.00 for the 18 shirts that I wanted. Graham responded to me at 1:59pm. I asked a question to Graham about a particular soft t-shirt and someone named Chris responded to me at 3:03pm. It already seemed a little unorganized because two people were responding to my emails. I immediately said I was fine with the quote and sent my logo. I asked to confirm if these shirts would be ready by June 1 for my show on June 2 and 3rd and nobody responded until the following Tuesday (May 22, 2018). I asked was I still in the window to have my shirts ready and Chris said he would certainly have them ready by Friday June 1. NIGHTMARE!!!! I arrive May 31, 2018. I called IS Studio at 4pm on June 1, 2018 since nobody had called me to pick up my order. Someone told me that the order was just getting started and that they were staying late to complete my order and that they would CALL ME once it was complete, but they NEVER called. They all knew I was in town from California for this expo and needed this order. I agreed and waited. I waited and waited some more. Finally, at 9pm I called and nobody answered their phone. I checked my email and saw that at 5:07pm Chris emailed me to say the following... "Hi Ashley, We are in the shop until 9. give us a call if you need instructions to get here. Gate Code 1702 Best, Chris" There was no address, so I called several times. Nobody answered. I finally went to google and found their address and drove to their loation at 675 Metropolitan Pkwy SW #1096, Atlanta, GA 30310. NOBODY was there. I proceed to calling Matt's personal cell phone about 5 times. No answer. I went to Instagram and I left a nice DM to explain that I needed my shirts for the expo on June 2, 2018. Someone read my message and never responded. It showed "seen". I woke up early before my expo on June 2, 2018 and called several times. Nobody answered. I ended up having to go buy black tshirts from Walmart for my team. I paid my $139.00 for 18 t-shirts and all I wanted was services to be rendered. They were not rendered. I am leaving this YELP!! I will now go to BBB and leave this exact message. I will file a fraud claim on my credit card. I am only being objective and providing an objective review. DO NOT USE IS STUDIOS!! THEY WILL NOT COMPLETE YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND NOT RETURN YOUR MESSAGES!! I have one more day at the expo and have continued to call the numbers that I have with no answer. Voicemail is full. This is so unfortunate, but I need everyone to know about this horrible experience. UPDATE - So it's Monday June 4th, 2018. I am back in California. We were one of the top booths at the tradeshow despite our branding missing the t-shirts from IS Studios. I called as soon as I could. It was about noon Atlanta time. Nobody from IS Studios called me despite all of the messages I'd left. Matt answered and when I asked him about my order he said he was not in office and can't answer my questions about my order. He said Chris would be in shortly and would call back. He hung up without taking my number. I waited since Chris should know I'm expecting him to call. Chris never called me. I called him at 4:15 pm Atlanta time and he was non-apologetic and when asked about HIS mishaps, he said he emailed me late Friday and it is not his responsibility to call me to pick up my order. He even went on to say I should had given 10 business days for my order. I GAVE 12! So then he says he completed the order by 8pm and waited 2 hours for me and I never showed up. I asked why he didn't call. He said "It is NOT my responsibility to call you to pick up your order." WHAT!? I said how will he make this right. He said he will give a full refund or I can get my shirts for 50% off. He even was arrogant enough to say "It is unfortunate that you didn't get your order in time. We have orders from thousands of companies all over the country." Ironically, I am a friend to one and was personally referred!!! Shame on you. NEVER EVER USE IS Studios for t-shirts ever!

Everyone kept telling me that it would take 2 weeks or longer to complete 45 jerseys. I could not accept that answer. I explained to Byran that I had my blank jerseys and what needed to be added. I explained our situation to him. He rose to the occasion. He got all of our jerseys done in about 36 to 40 hours. He was a God send for sure. He has 2 locations and was able to squeeze our order into his already full work schedule. The jerseys came out exactly as requested. I was able to pickup and distribute to the teams in time for our first tournament. There was a small hiccup that he fixed immediately. A few jerseys got removed for quality check so removed from box. He met me at tournament to get them to me. Let me say no one is doing that. He goes over and beyond to provide exceptional service!! He did our 2nd set of jerseys and tshirts as well. The parents and players have been extremely pleased as has our coaching staff. Please do not be like me. Lol. Get your order to him with plenty of time to complete say 2 weeks. Lol! No one else needs gray hairs. Exceptional service with an overwhelming positive attitude! Never saw him sweat! FYI You do not have to provide your own apparel. We had ordered ours in advance. They will provide.

This wasn't a shipping issue. This was 100% production issue in the idea that I could be bought for $25 is ridiculous. This is a commodity business and I would recommend taking your business somewhere else.
