Nice and quick service but don't appreciate being over charged. Make sure you see an itemized bill before you just stick your credit card in for the total. I came in to have 1 document notarized, 1 item copied and then all scanned back to my email. I was charged $7.00 "miscellaneous non-taxable" fee for having 1 document notarized (I think) and another "miscellaneous non-taxable" fee (or maybe this was the notarized document?) of .98 cents that I have no idea what it was for.... read more

I like that I can drop off amazon returns and they will tape it all up and mail them. However I shopped a package on my own for $30 to NY and apparently the shipping address numbers were transposed and the package got returned and no one called me. So the package sat there almost 10 Days ...so when I was complaining to Sammie he basically tried to tell me they call everyone so I must have gotten a call. I asked him if that was the case would I be calling to ask if they had it?! Needless to say he got quiet. Then it will Be another $30 for me to ship it to the correct address and I guess I should've caught the address when I sent it off...anyway make sure you pay attention to the address... Anyway i left my wallet there and it was intact when i returned a few hours later so major props and gratification for the honesty...shoots them to five stars read more

This has been my go-to UPS Store over the years due to its proximity to where I work. Located inside the Marietta Trade Center, the store used to be next door to the Mattress Firm, but has since moved in between Aaron's and H&R Block. The UPS Store has everything you need to pack and ship most anything and they make the entire process hassle-free and convenient. I've come here for a variety of reasons, but mainly to ship packages. If you've already got an item boxed up and ready to ship, you can bring it in and the employees will weigh and measure the package for you and let you know all the different shipping options and rates. If you've got a package with a label already attached, then you can simply drop it off. If you need help selecting the right envelope/box and packing materials, they can help you out with that too. This location also does passport photos. I came here a few years ago to have passport photos made since I was renewing my passport. This past Thursday, I returned to have more photos made, except this time for a China tourist visa for an upcoming trip I'm planning to take. They develop two 2x2 inch photos on the spot for a cost of $9.95. Luckily for me, the store is currently running a special for passport photos (photos are $7.99 instead of $9.95). I asked the employee how long the special is going on for and she thinks for several weeks -- so if you need any passport photos, you should head over ASAP. For comparison purposes, Walgreens does passport photos for $8.99. As soon as the photos were ready, I put them in a mailer with my other visa application documents and had them shipped immediately. I went during my lunch break and Yesha was the only employee working at the time (her coworker was supposed to show up at noon, but was running late.). Georgia law stipulates that the most money that can be charged to have your forms notorized is $2. you could search on Google for this information or you could see my attached screenshot. when I walked in they told me it's a $4 fee to notorize. I knew this was too much I went to the car and found out the UPS stores all try to cheat customers. I returned to the store stating the fact that the law states you are not allowed to charge more than two dollars to sign the form. They did it for $2. Don't get cheated. read more

Super scammy! Be aware that the owners of the store are independent UPS contractors so they will pretty much charge you whatever they want. I ordered a package to be picked up at this UPS store since it would be free, to avoid the shipping fee of the package being sent to my house. When I arrived to pick up the package, (which they never notified me that it was even delivered), I was informed that I would have to pay a $7 pick-up fee. I told the girl and the manager that I was never informed of such a thing and where can I find this information. Of course the manger could not physically provide the proof. Later on, I did my own research and found out that independent contractors will charge customers whatever they want, so that the business will not have to pay for it. If I would've known this, I would have sent the package to my house. Businesses love to scam, and morally, it's so wrong! I do not recommend going to this UPS. read more

I ship a lot of items through this store. Usually the customer service is really great, but today I'm very disappointed. It was a younger girl looking like she has some difficulty processing the people before me too. I had three Amazon orders to return that I had just received the QR code's from Amazon customer service to return there and not Kohl's like I originally submitted. Problem was Amazon sent me two QR code's for the same item. She said I would have to pay to print it out. Fine. I didn't have time to go back to work and print it. She then became argumentative telling me I had to purchase a package to put it in after paying almost $3 for a shipping label to be printed. It's Amazon. It shouldn't be that difficult. She ripped open one of the packages with the QR code after arguing that couldn't return it that way. Completely unnecessary. We use this location for a lot of shipping at work as well as my own personal shipping and I'm sad that I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Side note: the lady Dipali Shah I typically helps was there and was still very pleasant to work with. read more

I got here first thing in the morning to ship a package out. I didn't have much time which is why I came as soon as they were supposed to open at 8:30am. I got there at 8:17, waited till 8:45 and there is still no one here. It's unprofessional not to open up on time. I even tried calling and there was no answer.
