    Nice and quick service but don't appreciate being over charged. Make sure you see an itemized bill before you just stick your credit card in for the total. I came in to have 1 document notarized, 1 item copied and then all scanned back to my email. I was charged $7.00 "miscellaneous non-taxable" fee for having 1 document notarized (I think) and another "miscellaneous non-taxable" fee (or maybe this was the notarized document?) of .98 cents that I have no idea what it was for....

    I like that I can drop off amazon returns and they will tape it all up and mail them. However I shopped a package on my own for $30 to NY and apparently the shipping address numbers were transposed and the package got returned and no one called me. So the package sat there almost 10 Days ...so when I was complaining to Sammie he basically tried to tell me they call everyone so I must have gotten a call. I asked him if that was the case would I be calling to ask if they had it?! Needless to say he got quiet. Then it will Be another $30 for me to ship it to the correct address and I guess I should've caught the address when I sent it off...anyway make sure you pay attention to the address... Anyway i left my wallet there and it was intact when i returned a few hours later so major props and gratification for the honesty...shoots them to five stars

    The guy did not speak English well. Had very hard time understanding. Very very disappointed. Do not recommend this place at all.

    Edit: Just picked up my package today, over a week past when I was supposed to get it for a 50th…read morebirthday celebration. This was a gift of Blantons bourbon (which is hard to find and I had to special order) with two engraved Glencairn glasses, as well as the bourbon bottle engraved. UPS found a way to break one of the engraved glasses . I am absolutely over this entire experience. And bc of the foul mood I was already in walking into the store, I had no issue matching the shit energy of the person there who gave me my package. I hate even saying that but I've just had it. UPS: you failed miserably in this entire process. Two chances I gave to correct the issue and both times with no customer service. This is a formal grievance against UPS and the complete failure of customer service associated with the company, including the inconvenience of this particular location. I paid 2 day air shipping for an item I needed prior to the weekend. Order was processed and sent out on Tuesday for an arrival of Thursday. The package required a signature so I needed someone to be home. Time frame given was 12:30 - 4:30. During the day Thursday, I get a notification that my package was delayed and would be delivered Friday. I did not have someone to be at home for that day so I rerouted (and paid an additional $6 on top of the $48 expedited shipping charges) to a local access point so I could get my package Saturday morning. I called UPS and found out that the local access point wouldn't receive the package until Tuesday! I asked for a Supervisor and he did not assist me and tried to blame the company shipping the item. So, nothing was done to resolve my issue of needing the package by the weekend for an event. I work in Johns Creek but live close to this access point so I figured I'd leave work early to get here and pick up my package (deadline for it is 6/4). I got here at 6:02PM, rushing, and they were closed. So this is ANOTHER DAY of waiting to get a package and clearly can't get access to bc I can't make it here within an hour from leaving work, and this location does not stay open a minute past their closing time. Overall, epic fail. It is insanely rare I write a bad review but even with the customer service being nice, there was still no resolution other than "you'll have to get the package on Sunday". I have not been this pissed off in a very long time. There should've been a refund and an effort to get the package to me in the time frame I requested. And as I sit here in front of this access point writing this review and on the phone with UPS filing a complaint, I have seen 5 other people walk up and realize they were closed. ADJUST YOUR BUSINESS HOURS.

    Walked in and noticed an EXTRA 40% off sale on marked items! I forgot my notebook and saw that…read moreFedEx was near by. FedEx always has really cute notebooks, journals and office supplies. I was really happy to find a notebook to fit into my daily life of studying on the go! The total price of the notebook was only $2.65 and Robin gave me a FedEx pen since I could not locate mines! Speaking of Robin, she was the sweetest and flexible lady working this morning. I'm not sure if this location is short staffed but she handled the 3-4 customers that was ahead of me with ease. To ease up frustrations, please note that some if not most business are short staffed. Do your research on how to make your experience here satisfying. Help the staff by helping yourself too.     The service I received today was absolutely awful ! I asked girl that worked in there to print and…read morecopy something for me and she wouldn't and INSISTED I used self serve . Then with me social distancing she was trying to instruct me super FAST how to use print machine . I was rushing to find email and clearly couldn't see what she was doing . Then she RUDLEY said to me "when your ready come get me!" I decided not to talk to her anymore and have manager help me that explained it was because of safety with social distancing that she was being that way . Yet what stuck me as strange is NO-ONE HAD A MASK ON homemade or of any type . Plus lady that helped me had runny nose . So bottom line would be HOW YOU TALK to someone makes a huge difference and if you care about social distancing WEAR A MASK .
