They are always so helpful and positive! A big help! I go there all the time. A favorite UPS STORE.

Its interesting to me how people shuck and jive for some while being difficult to others. Stopped at this location today to send a 1 page fax...2 with the cover sheet. The female manager roughly advised me that the fax was $4 and I would have to wait for the previous customers fax to go through. Shes sending 16 pages its on page 5...ABRUPT but OK. Next customer comes in...shes so friendly and her tone is nice. They chat. Now..the manager KNOWS you cant send all 16 pages at once or the fax will fail. So WHY DIDNT SHE INFORM HER STAFF??? The fax fails. Now the customer wants to add a cover sheet. Now they need to locate the fax number and send TWO sets of 8 pages. Ms. Manager is so helpful and attentive to Becky. While Becky is filling out the cover sheet and fumbling for the fax number I ask if she would send my TWO pages. Ms. Manager is back to her ABRUPT voice as she informs me no. OK. No problem I will send the fax later. A GOOD LEADER makes sure the staff is informed of issues and challenges....they dont hoard info to ridicule and then rescue. No wonder this location has 3 stars. read more

Terrible customer service, very rude and services are way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Take a few extra minutes & go to the one at the corner of New Macland & Richard Sailors Pkwy. Great service, fast and friendly. read more

I've had two items I trusted them to return that never made it back to the original place of purchase and I was charged for both. So far this store has cost me 627.00. And they will tell you they aren't liable for returns.... Even though shipping is their only job read more

I've been here a few times. Each time has been different. The customer service is spotty. I came in one day where the computers were not working properly. That was a long wait! Amazing how no one knows how to do anything by hand anymore. read more

My feeling about this location is totally different from the two prior to mine. Perhaps I came on a very bad day. As I walked in the staff looked at me as if I walked into their personal homes unannounced. I proceeded to walk up to the counter and wait until someone acknowledged my presence. Finally a guy walked up to me and asked if I needed help. I needed to make one copy from my flash drive. I could kick myself for running out of ink from my personal copy / printer at home. I had to mail the document off. Therefore I didn't feel too bad about coming out for one copy. He led me over to a PC and told me I could make my copy. He logged in with a password and allowed me to sit. He walked away and I didn't see any place to stick my flash drive. I don't own a PC, I have a Mac, but I know things hasn't changed that much. I look on the ancient tower for the place to put my flash drive. Finally another staff member walked up, and opened some cabinet and pointed to where my flash drive should go. At that point i was already steaming because no one seemed friendly, but i just needed to make a copy. The computer never recognized my device, I kept looking around for help and no one came to my rescue. At the point my blood was boiling. I kept searching. As I pulled my flash drive from the computer, I noticed the freaking high prices. To pull the copy up on their computer is $1.50 and another $1.25 for the copy. Insane! With this half crappy service I'm receiving. No way! I marched my skinny rear end out of the front door. One of the employees as if I were done. I told her no thank you. Not one soul asked what happened, if I were ok, did I stomp my toe...no one inkling of concern!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, I am livid just typing this. What a wasted trip. I should have gone to my sweet people at the Dallas Hwy. location. Why did I come to this crappy location? I was near this location while out taking care of some other things. It's usually called convenient, but it was far from it. Take some customer service classes. The way you remain in business is to assist customers! read more

USELESS, had vital Insulin packed and dropped to this branch by MD. Paid a fortune fro overnight shipping ,only to find they forgot to ship it. This is really pretty poor for a large franchise such as UPS. read more

I took an item I had purchased from amazon to this store to be returned. It was a stereo with a power adapter cord. I had the free shipping label from amazon, but I paid for a box (since I had thrown original away) and the packaging materials and to have it packaged. They took it in the back to package it and sent it off. The return took longer than usual and I was wondering what was going on when I received the box back from amazon. They had returned the item back to me with a letter stating that it was not sent back with the power cord. I contacted the owner of the Hiram UPS named Andre ... not only did he take well over a week to even look into the matter, and didn't have any video footage and proceeded to shirk responsibility. He used phrases like "I'm being accused" and "according to you"... and when I asked him what his solution was, he acted exactly how I would expect an incompetent to act, dumb. He couldn't produce my original cord, and he couldn't produce a solution, all he could produce was excuses why he wasn't going to do anything. BEWARE, don't let them take ur item in the back, better yet go to a different UPS completely! read more

So far, I've been to this UPS store a few times and, they are nice and working as fast as they can! Please don't bother if you're in any kind of hurry. Consultants are very good at communicating prices and I like they fact they they are not guaranteeing delivery! It's honest and to the point, especially during this time in the midst of a busy holiday and pandemic. read more

This location is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Every time I come here no matter what I need they are always very helpful. I came in yesterday to print some documents and didn't know how to open the files. Everyone helped until the files were opened. That's what you call great customer service! read more

I've been going to this location for over 10 years. My interactions with Andre have always been great. The service is great and I'm always in and out quickly he makes sure to contact me if I have a package or my mailbox is filling up. This is my go to location when I'm in paulding County. read more

With today's newer technology a fax machine is not a familiar piece of equipment, at least in my house. I had to send a fax off and found this UPS store. I was greeted with a good attitude. I was surprised by the $2 fee plus tax to send a fax off. No wait and good service. read more

OMG. I went to this location because it was the closest to my home to return a package to Fingerhut. It was in the original box it came in and I had everything packed and on the box that was required. I placed my package on the scale, the young lady saw my return label and scanned it so I could get my receipt. So far so good... Until I proceeded to leave the store and the young lady took my package and THREW IT ON THE FLOOR not knowing or caring what was on the inside and I heard glass breaking from inside my box. I turned around and just looked and said to myself...REALLY??!! This is how you handle packages in your place of business going out??? I was upset because what she did was unnecessary and very unprofessional. The box was not that heavy that she had to throw it as she did. I am so glad that I took pictures of the contents of the items before I placed them in the box and placed the pictures inside the the box as well. When Fingerhut gets this package with it being all damaged and destroyed they will know it was from the hands of UPS not me. I will not use this place again. It's a shame a few employees that don't like their jobs or are having a bad day will cause a company to lose business, especially since there are so many other places to go. I hope nobody else experiences this. I don't usually write reviews of this type, I just want others to be aware of what could happen if they go to this location. I no longer live in Kansas. I would give this review a lower score but one star was the lowest. I went into this store with my girlfriend simply to drop off a package that had a pre paid label. I asked the lady at the counter if I could use the tape gun in which she quickly responded yes. After some moments using the tape gun a man at the desk by the name of Andre( also the owner of the store) began to heckle me on the amount of tape I was using. For one, there was no indication that there was going to be a charge for me using his tape not was there a limit posted on how much I could use. But he continued to spout off how the tape costs money and can't believe that I'm still using it. He even implied that if I kept using it then I would have to buy some tape as to save on cost. In my experience as an employee of a Ups store, we never heckled any of the customers when they borrowed our tape guns. The owner of the store I worked at as well as the employees never spouted off about how much it costs to keep tape guns operational. This was just a rude and unprofessional way to deal with a customer. I even called the store to inform him of his unprofessional attitude and discovered that the man was the owner. I will never return to this store again and I urge anyone thinking of going here should find a new location. This man does not deserve the business if he's just going to condemn his customers and make them feel bad about costs. Please, stay away read more

They are nice, however I feel I'm being ripped off when I go there. They seem to be more expensive, ask for signatures and initials that I feel are unnecessary and even asked for my license once when sending a ups pkg with clothes in it. Not to mention they have a tip box! They move extremely slow when they have more than 2 people in line. Unfortunately, I will not do business with them again. read more
