Worst service we have ever experienced. The Amazon printer isn't working, so we couldn't print a label. Waited in line to ship the box. When we finally got to the counter, the employee yelled at us stating "the box isn't ready, there is no label!" Isn't this part of your job? Even worse, it was one of the managers. I'm updating this review after having used this UPS Store location two more times. Unfortunately, they lost a star to go down to three stars. These past few times, they've done what they should have: they acknowledged me fairly quickly, took care of my need, However, they didn't have a great attitude about it. The workers were younger and didn't seem happy to be there. Like I said, they did their jobs, but sure not with a smile. I also had to come here because UPS declined to deliver a package from Amazon to me for some reason. They took it to this store instead. They didn't leave any notice at my house; the only way I found out was through Amazon, and then I had to come here to get the package. Not sure what the issue was, but it would have been nice for them to deliver the package or to let me know somehow the package was at the store. Not sure what's going on here. Not my favorite place, but they are certainly "good enough." Previous review: Folks were courteous; I hardly waited in line; they printed out a receipt without my needing to ask for it. My wife dropped off a package here earlier that was too heavy for her to bring in, and they gladly came out and got it for her. Talk about over and above! The only reason I'm holding off on giving the fifth star is because I haven't used these guys but twice so far. However, both times thus far have been very good. They keep it up, and the fifth star is inevitable. read more

I came here to get fingerprinted for a job. Masks are required and there are markings for social distancing. Carley was awesome and working hard to take care of the customers. The other 2 lady workers however opted to stay in the back and do whatever while the line was out the door. I did see the one older lady do 2 notaries while I was waiting in line. The other young lady (blonde) checked out one guy and then proceeded to look at the line while putting pennies in the register. She then went to the back and didn't come back out (at least not to help me or others while I was there). While Carley did my fingerprints there was at least 5 ppl in line IN THE STORE with maybe 2 ppl waiting outside the store. The phone rang and everything and the others did not answer. What a shame. If the other workers were like Carley I'd give this store 5 stars. Kudos to Carley!!! read more

I have been here several times and typically the staff is quick, kind and helpful despite the long lines, but that is not their fault. My issue comes with an older man who works the counter and tries to goad people into political discussion and conspiracy theories. He speaks loudly about how COVID is a myth and how China will set off a nuke over America. As both someone who is ethnically Chinese and has had close family and friends die from COVID, this is incredibly irresponsible behavior. It has happened multiple times and I have said something to his coworker at least once. It does not seem to have been resolved, so I had to write this publicly. read more

Every time I visit this location they staff is friendly . They seem to have regular customer whom they know by name. I think thats great. I started patronizing this location after going over the the location on Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway. To say the least I had a much better experience on Nathan Dean. I love that I'm greeted when I come in to the store almost immediately. Also I'm helped without an attitude . The last person copied, scanned and emailed a document for me. He wasn't feeling well, but he didn't take it out on me. He was nice and went out of his way to help me. My file ended up not being on my flash drive. I found it on my phone . Thank God for technology and the employees patience. That's good customer service! I've been there 2 other times since. This is where I will go if I'm in the area. read more

That said, my recent visit to this UPS store was definitely enjoyable as I was greeted with outstanding customer service. The woman that assisted me really went above and be what was expected in order to make sure that my needs were met and my packages were shipped appropriately. I used to work at a place like this called Mail and More. This UPS store seemed a little bit bigger and had a lot more to offer. I came here mainly to get my prints done for my carry license and walking through the door I was greeted warmly. I can really appreciate that because it is a sign of good business. It was a good sight to see that they were also social distancing and asking customers what type of business they needed so they could assist them as soon as they were ready. I was able to joke with the staff as well, always good to be around people with good personalities. I recommend coming here for your mailing needs, prints and anything else you might need to get your packages out as well as paperwork finished =P. read more

This store packed and shipped me an item. I had insurance on the item, but it's useless because the cowards won't answer the phone or resolve the claim. It's been two months, they broke my item by wrapping it poorly and UPS can't do anything about it because these guys aren't even a real part of UPS. Shady operation. Avoid. They were so kind, greeted shortly after entering. I was taken care of in a timely manner.

Horrible customer service from the notary on duty. She was rude from the start and didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. I accidentally signed my jury duty from where she needed to notarize. I had ready from a couple legal site that's in the event you make a mistake you simply sign above or below and the poet can still be notarized. She pointed her pen at me and said she wouldn't do it not even for her mother and started to raise her voice causing a scene. I would not recommend this store since they aren't even familiar the law as it is written. I ended up going down the street and had no problem at my bank. I will never frequent this location and advise other to not as well if you want things done correctly. read more

They are awesome i left my purse by mistake and they called the number on the back of my debit card told them to let me know i left my purse, my bank called me to let me know and i was able to retrieve it before getting too far from the store read more

I'm a Senior Citizen and retired U.S. Army Veteran on a limited income and have had a mailbox with this store for over ten years and have spent hundreds in other services with them. Recently their rates went up and when I thought I was paying for a year, it was only six months, in which I could not longer afford. Prior to my renewal starting, I requested a refund and the owner, Martha Hardy, flatly refused and continues to do so even though they are no longer performing any services for me. This UPS store, has chosen greed over fairness and would rather take food out of the mouth of a Senior Citizen and Veteran than give a refund that if given would not hurt them at all.They are refusing for the purpose of greed only so I plead with my fellow veterans, fellow legionnaires, supporters of veterans, and senior citizens, to not do business with this UPS store. Love this place. They offer great customer service. They are very helpful and the owner is a sweetheart. They offer printing services, mailboxes, copying, fax, notary public as well as shipping stuff. I have used them since day 1. I use this location alot. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Prices are also much more reasonable than anywhere else. Also the lady's made a couple of signs for my wedding last year and did our wedding fans. Did a phenomenal job, all of our guests complimented how good they looked! read more
