Their quote beat every other quote I received. We agreed upon a date and time. The night before service, Tony called me to confirm the appointment time. The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated. Also, an extra FYI: when I was talking to Jerrell about the moving services they provide, I did ask if they are insured, and he said they are insured and bonded. Guy called saying he was coming out to give me an estimate. Great. Never arrived, or called and it just so happened I saw him in his truck when I was in my laundry room loading the washer. This sorry excuse for a business man never even got out of his truck. He just sat in the alley behind my house and parked there. A minute or two later he texted me that for a carport (aluminum cover and 6 poles) the estimate was over $4,000! Hi-Larious! What a joke, don't waste your time here unless you want to be screwed over on price and receive NO professional service at all. You have been warned fellow Yelpers!
