The morning of, Tony called to let me know he would be here just a few minutes late because he was rerouted due to an accident. (Note: my pickup time was 8:00, and I live between two very busy morning traffic roads, so this is 100% understandable.) I appreciated the communication.. most companies wouldn't call about a 5 minute difference! Jerrell was right on time and actually had everything out and loaded when Tony got here at 8:05. Jerrell and Tony were both so friendly. This is extremely important for me, as I am a single woman. You never know who is coming in to your home, and the kindness and warmth was greatly appreciated. I put the request up on Yelp and David from Swift responded quickly. He came out the very next day to quote us. He took a look around and provided a very reasonable quote. It was hard to tell what was in there since some items we were keeping were still in there too. He gave us a max price, then said he could lower it if we took more out than expected. Once we cleared out what we needed to keep he was able to come out that weekend for us (a holiday weekend, no less!). David arrived with two others to do the clean-out. True to his word he was able to lower the price a little bit and grabbed some large tree limbs we had in the yard as well. They were earlier than stated (called to confirm that was ok, of course) and completed the job in 2 hours IN THE RAIN! They were very nice, came prepared with brooms, etc, to clean up after themselves, and worked quickly and carefully.
