We have only two possible options here -- the employee is so mentally challenged he/she/it forgets what a mailbox looks like and what it is used for milliseconds after collecting outgoing mail from it, OR he/she/it is a liar. And when I call to complain, magically their tracking service is down, so of course they can't explain what happened or why. Walking into this post office I instantly noticed the convenient automated stalls To process mail and other things.. This is in the lobby area You can also get your mail ready for shipping It's a cool area. Stepping inside the main area with the postal workers I grabbed a spot in line The postal workers Told everyone thank you for being patient This is a very nice touch "Can one of you gentlemen give this lady a hand" The postal lady said. There was and older gentleman And only me I rushed to help lift her heavy box onto the counter Happily doing so.. I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.

No USPS Kiosk available at this location but they do have PO Boxes to rent and also have scales available. The ladies that work here are super friendly even though it is almost always busy busy busy here! They do have P.O. Boxes here but keep in mind that you can only have access to them when the Hallmark store is open....and you can't mail international packages here.
