My latest experience, I walk in with a package to ship internationally. I was informed I came after the cut off time which fine I understand. They no longer have the customs forms or any other forms, you have to go to someone at the counter to get one. I know this as it's been that way a while. I go and ask the lady at the counter for one and from the moment I walked up she looked pissed. I just don't think she was having a good day and that had nothing to do with me. I get the form and try to start filling it out and she said the cut off time for international packages was done which I was fine with. As I get ready to leave, she says loudly something about me taking tape which I didn't. I came in with my tape. At this point I'm annoyed and I say I didn't take any tape what made her say that. She starts going off on me and I tell her she was rude from the beginning. She told me not to come back and I think she even gave me the finger. I've seen multiple incidents with rude employees and customers at this location but I didn't think I'd ever encounter that myself. I've worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. One thing I DO NOT like is unnecessary rudeness. Since I was told not to come back, I won't go there and I also encourage others not to. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive further just so you can have your piece of mind. I don't know how many times people have to complain about this type of treatment before something is done about it. But nothing will probably change.

You can wait for one of the employees to be serve you while 10 of them stand outside talk and laugh. If you ask for their help they will tell you to 'ring the inside bell' and someone will eventually come. Can take 15 minutes till someone show up. They are rude too. 'The fish stinks from the head' and this is exactly what is happening there. Starting with their managers and down to most of the people working there. If you own a small business you are likely to fail working with them. Better pay a little more and use private companies like UPS, DHL, FedEx. If these people were not working for a government entity they would have not survived anywhere else with their attitude and lack of customer service.

She was extremely rude and I had been nothing but nice and tried to greet her with a smile. I tried to ask her questions regarding my return. She would answer in 3 word responses like "boxes are there", "stickers on the box" then walk away as I asked my question. I told her I apologized as it was my first time returning something so I was just asking for clarification and assistance since it was my first time. As she checked me out, she would blatantly say "Press the green then the red", and when I followed her instructions she looked at me repeating "I said press the red button", in which I responded that I am pressing the red button.... She did not have to talk to me so rudely as it was not my fault the machine was not working! Then she hands me a sheet of paper writing and marking things quickly mumbling and I could not hear what she was saying so I asked if she could clarify her instructions again, and she yells "next in line!" and at this point I am so frustrated because I am just trying to know what I'm supposed to do. So I just look at the paper she gave me and fill out what I think I am supposed to... and she walks away from the counter once again and I stand in line. She gestures her finger for me to give her the paper, as I walk to her, she said put the pen back, and I apologized because I was still holding the pen just in case I missed any information on the sheet she gave me and I could quickly add it, then I hand her the paper and she says "have a nice day, NEXT IN LINE!" I asked her if she could look over my paper and see if I filled it out correctly. she doesn't even look at it and laughs saying "yes you did, the name, address, all the things you SHOULD know...like what?" yes she actually said "like what?" and she scoffs at me..????? Of course These are things I should know but I am just asking you to check if I filled out all the slots that I needed to?? I proceeded to ask for her name and she didn't want to give it to me, and called the next customer. Genuinely, if you hate your job that much why take the job? Knowing that you have to deal with people all day, why be miserable? I truly just don't understand!!!! Now I'm afraid my package isn't going to be sent and probably stolen. So that's that. Please don't come here, absolutely the worst first experience shipping something off.

Take your print orders elsewhere!! The store associates are incapable of or unwilling to complete…read morebasic Copies and Quick Prints on time and according to specification. I am disappointed in the service I received when picking up print orders placed on June 25, 2021 and August 23, 2021. The order placed on June 25th was not ready when I arrived at the store, even though I called in advance after the order was due to be completed and was told the order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, the associate had not started the print job. I waited in the store close to 30 minutes then left and came back for the order later that day. The order placed on August 23rd was not ready when I called to check the status of the order two hours after the order was scheduled to be completed. During the call, the manager told me they had issues opening the documents included in the order and offered to waive the cost of the print job. The manager didn't keep his word to waive the charges even after I emailed the stored to notify them that the charges had processed on my credit card. The store may be fine to drop off packages for shipment, but take your print order elsewhere.

You guessed it, Did Not Show. Two phone calls to Staples were met with abundant apologies and a discount. Those were an additional waste of time! Have never engaged with an organization as low class as this one is. Nobody gives "a rat's ass" about the customer at Staples. Hell will freeze Over before I buy from Staples ‼
