Take your print orders elsewhere!! The store associates are incapable of or unwilling to complete basic Copies and Quick Prints on time and according to specification. I am disappointed in the service I received when picking up print orders placed on June 25, 2021 and August 23, 2021. The order placed on June 25th was not ready when I arrived at the store, even though I called in advance after the order was due to be completed and was told the order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, the associate had not started the print job. I waited in the store close to 30 minutes then left and came back for the order later that day. The order placed on August 23rd was not ready when I called to check the status of the order two hours after the order was scheduled to be completed. During the call, the manager told me they had issues opening the documents included in the order and offered to waive the cost of the print job. The manager didn't keep his word to waive the charges even after I emailed the stored to notify them that the charges had processed on my credit card. The store may be fine to drop off packages for shipment, but take your print order elsewhere. read more

I have used this ups location for the past six years. My packages have always arrived on time.

Brought box to be shipped UPS. Person in store can not understand English so it was sent USPS. Why would I send a package USPS from the UPS store? I specifically said I wanted to send it UPS, not USPS. USPS charged 60.00 and lost the package. Went back to store for help and they just say contact USPS, we can not help. WORST STORE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, did not offer to help and just said too bad. Do not use this store to send anything. It will not get there. If I could give no stars I would. read more

BEWARE!! Do not use this store to ship anything of value. I shipped a computer. The store assured us that it would be packed properly and safely delivered. When the package was received, UPS had done no packing to protect the computer. The monitor screen was cracked and unusable. The computer required several hundred dollars of repairs. I stopped by the store multiple times to claim the insurance. Every time there were multiple excuses but UPS assured me that they would submit the claim and correct the situation. As a neighborhood store, my Local UPS Store is a valuable partner whether it's shipping packages, obtaining photo copies and lastly but not lease having important papers notarized. One other thing worth writing about is that for quite awhile I thought the clerk, Joe, was the owner because of the way he treats me as a repeat customer. I would recommend to drive the extra distance for a different UPS store. Employees very unprofessional and in fact one seemed to act very rude and mad at the customer in front of me. They couldn't send out either one of my pre-6printed, UPS packages. Frustrating and poor job here! read more

I came in to get a medium sized boxed item packaged and also wanted to get a shipping quote to compare to USPS. I was quoted $15 shipping via UPS Ground before she packaged it and then $25 after, with the price difference due to the additional size of the box. I don't think I've ever had this happen before and definitely not in the magnitude of $10. On top of that, the packaging quality was pretty shoddy and extremely expensive -$15 for a box!! Woah, this place has gone downhill. There's always new people training when I go in, just like today, even though it had been months since I stepped foot in here. What gives? Honestly, I go because of the location. It's right next to 400 so I can drop off my packages and get on the road more quickly. After the price gouging I experienced today, though, I'll gladly lose the extra few minutes to go to the post office. Seriously. It costs me $15 to mail out a photo. FIF.TEEN. DOLL.ARS. For a photo. ONE PHOTO. I paid $3+ for a photo mailer and the charge to ship it at a standard rate was almost $12. That is plain stupid. I've always known it costs more here than the post office, but geez. It was $30 to mail two packages today, one a photo and the other a map - which means it was a light parcel! Ridiculous. It was made worse by the woman behind the counter who 'helped' me. She was training someone but she was harsh and abrupt with customers. I get that she could've been in training mode, so I'll give her that, but the service left a lot to be desired. Her tone was condescending. I won't be going back. It hasn't been a good experience in a long time, and that's fine, it can't be amazing all the time... but hello, Customer Service. I love going to this UPS Store- NO LINES!!! All the folks there are very helpful and respectful! This store is the same distance from our home as the Kroger one - however, no lines!! In and out!! I try hard to have packages ready to go - tape/ address/ etc. However, today I ran out of tape and the owner, Parimal was so gracious and taped the box right up! Thank you! read more

I have owned a mailbox at this UPS store location for over a year. I have come to the business on many occasions to pickup or drop off mail and interacted with the various employees who have worked there over the year period (they have a high turn over, employees are always new and over worked). My review is based on these various experiences. The only person that has been consistently helpful is the young lady. She has been there the longest and many times is the one that had to resolve issues after one of the newer employees "made a mistake". In September 2016 I had my iPhone 7 delivered to the UPS store, my thought was it would be "safer" if hand delivered vs. left on my door step. Boy was I wrong. The store lost my phone (aka someone was stealing it but got caught)! Now with a tracking system as sophisticated as UPS it perplexed me how this could happen and have a few conversations with 3 different employees, I realized it was some BS! So I opened a claim with UPS corporate; after all this is a $800 phone! So a whole week later (after my claim was forwarded to investigation to review the cameras) the phone magically appears. The store's excuse; it was left on the UPS truck??? At that moment I knew I would not renew my mailbox but still needed the mailbox for business purposes. So fast forward to February 2017; I had to send some boxes out on the weekend and since they were going to a PO box it had to go USPS, this place quoted me double and triple the price of what the cost would be to ship at the Post Office. I literally saw what they had on their computer (the guy entered the wrong dimensions and I had to call him on that - which didn't change the price) and entered the same information on the USPS postage calculator online and the prices were Significantly lower. I have spent hundreds of dollars with this business and to see that they are literally robbing their customers is a slap in the face. On this same day I decided I would only renew my mailbox for a few months as I forward my mail. I paid them for what I thought was 3 months, I refuse to renew for a year! The guy charges me one amount; I pay that and I think I'm done. Oh no, staying true to their "mistakes" aka unethical practices; I continue to receive emails stating I owe money. I call to get it straightened out only to find that I didn't pay enough and my mail is being blocked! WTH. Who blocks a customer's mail for a clerical error made by an employee? It's just bad business practices. Please use another UPS store this one is the Worst! read more

This store just charged me $3 to put 3 pieces of tape on a box...in addition to the price of the box. They said it was a packaging service fee. I put the items in the box myself. I packaged it! The estimate to ship to the SC wav$13 with no guarantee of deliver date. If I wanted to guarantee it would be $24. I took the package to USPS and shipped for $8. It will be there Monday with insurance. UPS, do better!!!!! read more

I am not trying to blame or make a complaint on any individual, but this is the worst confusing experience I am going through. I visited this place on Jan 17th, 2019 to send a package. The UPS Store guy took my package, created a label, informed me that the package will be delivered in 3 days i.e till Jan 19th. Since he informed me that it is a 3-day delivery I made the transaction. Later when I tried tracking the number it looked it was not a UPS courier service and he gave me a USPS tracking no. which he didn't inform me earlier through which postal courier service they are sending it. He didn't even ask me to buy the Insurance.H e also looked at what was inside my package which was a brand new iPhone. He simply gave me an acceptance letter to sign it -didn't inform me that it was a USPS shipment agreement which I blindly signed thinking that they are asking it for UPS acceptance. And now when I start tracking the USPS number. It just says label was created and never started from the store. It's almost 10 days since there is no update on the status and neither UPS store, customer support guys are giving me proper information on what had happened to the Package. I am totally frustrated with how to react to this situation. Since it was a USPS tracking, I tried calling them. They said they will make a Case against this issue and start investigating against the store service. Guys please be alert and ask the store staff all the questions which I faced, before sending any package through this store. Since they will not inform us anything about the services they offer. **And if the store staff is trying to look at these comments, Please try to work on this issue and make sure to get the updates on my package. Definitely I am going to delete this comments and make sure to appreciate the store service .If you guys try to help me in getting information about my package investigating with usps and store CCTV Footage. I go there from time to time to drop off some packages. They are friendly and prompt but forget there opening hours. It says that the have open from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday. Good luck with that I have been there twice at 8:45 and there was no one there. Also I was there twice in the evening around 6:30 pm and also already closed. read more
