Quick and kind service every time I've visited over the last year or so! Very much appreciate the kind attitude of the employees.

So very apathetic workers. Copy machine had dirty print heads the left lines on the prints. When brought to the attention of the worker. She looked at me like "what do you want to to do?" SMH it is your business and there are alternate ways to provide the product purchased! Offer up one! In need of more training especially on how to be helpful. This is an update to my previous review. After learning that the employee I had an issue with on a couple of occasions was no longer there, not to mention a neighbor of mine had issues as well, I decided to give it another go. Glad I did. What a remarkable change!! The owner waited on me and not only did she remember assisting me with an issue I had with a package MONTHS ago, she even mentioned the previous bad review. This shows that this owner is engaged and wants her business reputation to be seen more positively. We didn't discuss the reason or the cause for why the employee left and that was not important to me. I feel that this review needed to be updated because this UPS store is deserving of a 5-star rating AND a positive review. Although there are other UPS stores within a 5 mile radius of my home in Roswell, I will CHOOSE to support THIS business! I hope others reading this will support them as well. Thank you! read more

Under new ownership and they are HORRIBLE! They kept telling me that they had to search my box. I signed the disclaimer saying that it did not contain alcohol or tobacco and it didn't but they insisted on opening my package. Had they asked me nicely, I would have let them but they did not ask me nicely. The husband and wife who run this location are VILE!!!!!!! They are rude, have no manners or simple common courtesy. I am a customer, you do not demand things from me; you ask politely and use the word please. That is called customer service. These people were raised by wolves. read more

First of all there's no way this is a legit UPS store. I went into the store today with 3 returns, labels provided to me by Amazon. I asked for some UPS boxes to put the items in and I'm told they don't have any. Excuse me? What kind of UPS store has no UPS boxes? So instead I walk out spending $7 on boxes to ship my returns... We're in the process of redecorating our house, and home decor companies do not make the process of returns nearly as easy as online clothing sites do. So I hauled 2 4' round rugs into this store at noon on a Wednesday to get them shipped back. At the time, there were 3 employees, 2 of which weren't doing all that much. They helped me carry the rugs once they saw me at the door, and then one of them took the lead in entering my info. While the gentleman was helping me, a trickle of other customers came in. The three worked quickly and efficiently to address everyone's concerns, and even apologized to the wait for the last few customers. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, not bad considering that I didn't have a pre-printed return slip, and I was shipping two items. I was given the receipt with the tracking number highlighted for each package for peace of mind. They've got shipping supplies, including specialty boxes, and they even provide the tape. They've also got an assortment of cards for purchase to send with whatever gift you're shipping. I'm a fan of the USPS and normally, I'd send my packages through them. Super helpful!! I went to the store today (with my mask) to mail a birthday gift and treats to my Mom since I won't see her in person! The manager was awesome and made sure everything got packed up well and on its way! My company has two additional branches in Dallas and Denver so we have to use UPS pretty frequently in order to ship things to our other branches. Having that said, with it being the holidays, we had to ship gifts to our office in Denver so they could give it to their clients, hence, it was extremely important that it gets there on time. My manager and I carried the box in the UPS on NOVEMBER 30. We chose ground but asked them when do you think it will get there? We were told that it would probably get there by Tuesday, December 5th, but considering the holidays, it'll probably be delayed so we're most likely looking at Thursday, December 7th at the latest. Well, December 7th still gave our employees an ample amount of time to deliver the gifts to their clients, so we said sure. Let's go with that. Well I get an email from our manager in Denver on December 12, asking when the package is supposed to arrive. That's when I found out to my surprise, that the package was STILL not there. So I called the UPS branch that I dropped off my package to, and that's when they told me that due to the holidays, it will most likely be there on the 18th. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?! They said they probably tried to upsell a faster service but we declined. Excuse me, but YOU GUYS told us the 7th. If you had told your customers that our packages would take 3 stinking weeks to get somewhere, OF COURSE WE WOULD'VE TAKEN THE FASTER OPTION. We weren't even given the option to choose a faster service. We were just told when to expect are package to arrive and that's it. So now, due to THEIR mistake, our company is now delayed. UPS is a great service to use. Just be careful on which BRANCH you choose. I would recommend going to the one in Crabapple or the one near Houze Way in Roswell. This UPS will ruin your business if you're shipping anything that's on a time crunch. We've used this branch for multiple things in the past. But maybe they're under new leadership. I don't know. But my company will be taking our business to a different store. read more

This is my favorite UPS store. The employees here are ALWAYS so nice and so helpful!!! They have always been welcoming and helped me with taping my packages and placing the labels correctly. I also found out that they accept USPS packages, so that's super helpful as well! read more

Former employee few years back. I warn anyone reading this too stay away. The owners are unethical thieves. They will over charge and try to rip you off for every cent they can get out of you. They provided very poor training and didn't fully pay employees for there time. Take your business too any other location or save yourself a lot by just going to the post office because they highly inflate the actual prices of shipping. And instruct there employees to directly lie about postal cost and charge atleast double what the computer calculates read more

Anything written before 2014 isn't applicable because the store ownership changed. When it changed, so did the service and friendliness. The old staff was amazing. When I have gone there since the sale, I have not been happy with the speed of service or the friendliness. I found a new UPS store. I drive further, but it is worth the drive. read more

I called this store on Thursday about returning a package to Amazon the following day. Since I don't have a cell phone, I asked if I could forward the digitized address label from Amazon to them so that they could pull it up and affix it to my package. "Sure. No problem. Just email the label to us and we'll print it." When I walked in, there was one young female on her cell phone and no one else in the store. I told her I had emailed her the digitized label and wanted to have her print it. Instead, she brought up somebody else's email and then asked me to come around behind the counter to enter my email user ID and password which didn't work. Since I had already forwarded the label to THEM, I have no idea why they couldn't sign on to their own email to print it out for me, and if this is something that's not possible, why was I told to email the label to them in the first place. Presumeably I have NO WAY to return the package to Amazon and the girl at the UPS store couldn't have been more disinterested in helping me. I would not use this location again because of the very poor customer service and because I had to call 3 different times before getting a real live person on the phone. read more
