I need printing done for a program. when I arrived I was told the the person would be in at 2. I waited until 2:30 no one came and the manager at the time did not know how to assist. I came back around 55 the young man did not know how to print the program. I left and went to UPS store they were ready the next morning. I signed up for the Business program, but I will be canceling. This was in October. I hope things get better it is very coinvent. The staff seems to have a big turn over. I don't normally write a review. I was told the manager would be calling me I never heard from anyone.

Several times I came to Parsel Plus. but Raj assured me that now UPS does not scan parcels and showed me someone's negative feedback on Google, that the parcels are not scanned, and they can be lost. The tracking showed that the parcel was still in the post office. As a result, the parcel arrived a week later after paying for 2-day delivery. Today I came to the post office again, but Raj refused to serve me in the presence of other customers, because I "did not believe in his words that the parcel was sent on time." Very unprofessional. Around 4:45 p.m., I went in to mail a simple greeting card to British Columbia, Canada. The employee's first suggestion was to send it via FedEx for more than $70. The process didn't seem correct as she was putting it in a shipping folder, I questioned why and when I asked if I could just mail it with stamps, she told me no. I explained that I had mailed greeting cards internationally with stamps before, including to Australia, and only then did she change her answer to say she didn't know how many stamps it would take. She actually asked me how many stamps I wanted to buy, which left me completely confused. I said I didn't know which is why I came to a mail Center. I want to believe this was simply an honest mistake by someone who hasn't been properly trained. However, it's concerning that a business providing mailing services couldn't determine the correct postage or take a moment to look it up. Had I been an older or more vulnerable customer who didn't know to question a $70 shipping quote for a greeting card, I might have paid it unnecessarily. I left without mailing my card because I no longer had confidence in the advice I was being given. I've been a loyal customer because I wanted to support a local business, but after today's experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the owner sees this as an opportunity to better train staff so future customers receive accurate information and don't leave feeling as frustrated as I did. Gallery Street was one of my top choices based on phone conversations. Their website is also a plus. I'm lucky to be close by where I could pick up my prints. I placed my order online seamlessly and 2 days later, they were ready. They have a variety of options which are also fairly priced and the quality is actually good. I haven't had the best of luck finding a place to make prints of my paintings. And the quality was very impressive. No issues with misalignment or poor overall quality of print (this has happened to me at other businesses). My first two prints with them were color copies which came in a pack of ten and started at 8x11? onward in size at $15; The second set of prints were glicee and the paper is just like the original watercolor paper I used. Plus, I was able to get it in 5x7 size. I feel like no other fine art printer services were offering that size. I am most certainly going back since I know what I'll be getting and also if any corrections would need to be made it will be easier to deal with as they are in person. They also offer the option to ship. So you don't have to be local to use them. Highly recommend.
