You really need negative numbers in the rating system - UPS in general is the WORST - Driver left notice of missed delivery 3 days in a row - I signed them all and taped them to the door every day - Unfortunately UPS only employs computers - you cannot get a LIVE PERSON on the phone to arrange for anything alternative measures - Thursday was last attempt - no opportunity to pick up the package - they just freaking sent it back to the shipper - what happened to the 5 days that it could be picked up - Today is Friday - the package is back in Texas already - They sure can charge the hell out of you for services - but they don't deliver on those services - too bad they have also lost the art of customer service. Why does everything in the Georgia region have to be so difficult (Dam). Does anybody down know how to provide good customer service in this state? I'm not ask for great customer service, I'll be ok with just good customer service at this point. My package should have arrived on Friday 1/27 by 7pm per the tracking number. UPS stated the address was wrong, updated address in UPS system and was given a tracking confirmation that the package will be delivered on Saturday 1/28 by 7pm, still know package. Stated address was not correct again. (Total lie) My daughter spoke with UPS customer service @ 1:38pm and was told she would receive a call back within the hour. No call back received. I then called customer service at 5:08pm and was told our address was in correct after we've updated the address for a second time. I was told I would receive a call back. UPS is the worst bunch of worthless il informed company employees i have ever dealt with. On July 9th I purchased an Air Two Day Air Delivery. The store employee said a put in writing that this would be delivered. by no later than July 11. Well guess what...It never happened. as of July 14. Now why was this so critical, I'll tell you. I have a handicapped adult son who lives in another state. His rent was past due and he needed $900.00 dollars by July 14 or he was to be evited. As of 3:00 pm July 14.my 56 yr old handicapped son is homeless. YES BECAUSE OF UPS LIES ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE. Now folks I'm not talking about a lost pair of shoes or something. I'm talking about a human being through no fault of his own is a special needs person. This is the ramification of a company that charged me $49 bucks and change only to shaft my only son. HORRRRRRRRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!! Never again will I use UPS. I ordered a package on Wednesday, said it would arrive Monday and never showed. Then I find out it's here because they attempted to drop it off AFTER business hours...Then SURPRISE they are closed on Tuesday and no one felt the need to inform me. After I finally figure out where the package is, I decide it's best for me to just come pick it up so we get started on the project. Get to the facility, am told "it's not ready, has to be processed. It'll most likely be ready this afternoon".... it's been at this facility since Monday and you're telling me it's "not ready for pick up"? THEN (it gets even better) I check online tracking and it says "out for delivery".. I call and customer service says it somehow got placed on the truck.. At this point, I'll believe it when I see it. Last Wednesday night I had a very important package that the producers of a popular TV Talk Show needed OVERNIGHT shipped to them (to possibly get our product On Air 48 hrs later!!) and our UPS Store (in King's Market off of Holcomb Bridge Rd) had already had their last pickup for the day...It was, after all, 6:45 p.m. 3 "Gold Star" Moments for UPS on this one: 1. The nice clerk at the King's Market location got us the # within seconds for the Old Ellis Rd. Hub - it was out of order - she quickly got another #...YAY - it worked! She then tried to help me quickly print the label (because why wouldn't my printer run out of ink the moment a HUGE opportunity comes rolling our way...fml) 2. Called Hub -the nice lady at Customer Care said that she'd have someone wait for us at the Hub's Customer Counter (and they did have to wait because of ridiculous Holcomb Bridge traffic & got there at 7:15 - 15 minutes after closing time). They said they'd be certain to get the package out that night. AWESOMENESS!! 3. Since all of the forces of the universe were working against us at this critical juncture, I of course couldn't get the label printed at the King's Market UPS, so when the helpful gentleman Filiberto (quite sure I'm butchering that name, so sorry) asked for my label and I said frantically "I couldn't get it to print - may I please use your computer??" he sadly said that they'd been turned off and he couldn't turn them on until the morning...In what had to be a "really-don't-want-to see-this-chick-cry" moment (& he's so right - I am an ugly cryer), Filiberto set to trying to get a computer back up and running...SUCCESS!! We got the package sent thanks to three very helpful folks at UPS that night and I want to say Thank You from the bottom of my heart - Thank You, UPS team & especially Filiberto!! read more

I had to come in to pick up a package here, but when I came I didn't have a long line (which is surprising for an afternoon), but once I got in I was out in about 5 minutes. One thing to note: you need a drivers license and two proofs of address in order to pick up a package. When I called they told me only a DL, but I took mail anyway and it ended up being a lifesaver. read more

I had a concern about a delivery driver and contacted corporate UPS. They forwarded my concern to this local office and I never received a follow-up and the issue continues. I guess when a company doesn't have a public number to call; they can just ignore any issues you have. No wonder they have horrible reviews on every review site online. This place is so poorly managed. I had the worst experience possible and will never use UPS again. 1) They have 1 clerk who both takes in packages and retrieves packages. The lady runs from 1 counter to the next. Lines form at both counters while she's helping customers. 2) After giving the UPS clerk my tracking number, the package could not be located. I gave her my name and the package still couldn't be located. I insisted that the UPS clerk take my driver's license so that she could get the spelling of my name correct. They were then able to tell me that the package was at the facility but they didn't know where. 3) My package was lost at the UPS facility. They couldn't find it. After they looked for 20 to 25 minutes, I left with no clear way to get my package and not knowing if they would even find my package. 4) 10 minutes later I get a call from UPS stating that they found my package and that I need to come back. Come back? After waiting 20 to 25 minutes for them to find my package, I'm supposed to come back and wait some more. What? What kind of customer service is this? 5) When I told them that I couldn't come back, they said that they thought that I was still in the parking lot. I told them that I was miles away and they didn't believe me. What? I will never use UPS again. read more

I would like to know why, in this day and age when stolen packages are constantly on the news, all the different drivers that deliver to my block either do not walk up to the front door and ring the bell or knock when there are cars in the driveway indicating that someone could be home to take in the package! I watched a driver do this 2 times in one day and every delivery to my house they leave the package right at my front door and don't ring the bell or knock and most times there is at least one car in the driveway! And if we customers do have a complaint, why don't you MAN UP and have an available phone number to make a direct complaint instead of leaving this message! read more

The line was 30 minutes long, and the single service agent looked frazzled and overworked running between two counters. Another agent came out eventually, and the line cleared up pretty fast. She looked pretty stressed too. I came in to solve a slightly complicated problem, and they kept telling me they couldn't see anything from their computer terminal, and to call the UPS 1800 number. Long story short, after about two hours of being lied to going between calling and talking, they finally magically pulled up a screen the exact information I was looking for. It felt like they didn't want to help at all, until I bothered them enough that helping became easier than ignoring me and telling me to go bother someone else. Wouldn't recommend, super unfriendly. Usually I'm not the type to call in and lodge a complaint, but I certainly did this time. read more

I found out the people who separate the packages are THIEVES. They see where the packages are going and they open them. My latest package has supposedly been within 3 miles of my house for 9 days; they finally attempted delivery and forgot to ring the doorbell. Up until lately I have always chosen UPS to ship with. However, this hub has been under an "adverse weather" delay for the last 4 days. The adverse weather was on Wednesday. Thursday they could have been out delivering as the roads had been plowed etc, but I will give it to them because it was still the day after Wednesday. Friday they were still under the delay and had done NOTHING to even sort the packages - keep in mind the temperature was in the 50s with clear skies. No adverse weather there. Then I think, for sure they will deliver it Saturday. Only to check and they are still claiming adverse weather and no sorting has happened. Even if they would sort the packages, I would drive the hour myself and go get my package, but the sorting isn't happening. The package was to deliver Tuesday, it is now Saturday, and there has been ONE DAY the roads could not be traveled. Not okay UPS. read more

This location didn't deliver my address because they stated the address was wrong, NOT! UPS has delivered to my home several times. They tell me to meet up with the driver because I needed the shipment before Monday. I get to the address and no Driver! I called the number that provided the location were I needed to me with the UPS driver, but instead it rang once and gets disconnected. Spoke to customer service about the suituation but they could care less! read more

We had an urgent next day Saturday delivery shipment for our customer in California that was needed to prevent a plant shutdown. The shipment was delivered to the Roswell hub by UPS but was not sorted or shipped claiming "adverse weather" . There was no remaining snow or ice--day time temperatures were in the 50s and nighttime temperatures at nearby Peachtree Airport were above freezing all night into the early morning on February 15. Still, the shipment did not move. Excuses, excuses--anything to avoid taking the blame. Face it, UPS, you're no longer reliable--too big, too proud of yourself, too dependent on one major hub in Louisville, KY that has caused us fits all year long. read more
