So completely unreliable. We pay extra to have a package delivered by a certain time. It's not delivered on time. They won't tell you anything. They don't know where their packages are. You should never pay extra for a specific delivery time because they do not guarantee it. All they say is file a claim and try to get your money refunded. read more

We had a package delivered today that was dumped in a wet puddle at the garage door. We have a covered front porch maybe 3 steps away. This is the second time this has happened. As previous reviewers have stated, UPS always puts our packages on this very accessible front porch. If it were up to me, I would never have FedEx deliver anything. It's just that the shipper uses them. I will let the business from which I ordered the item know that the delivery service they use in Alpharetta is unsatisfactory. read more

Horrible! The driver constantly leaves packages in front of our garage door where my husband had gone out into the garage and pulled out and ran packages over several times. We have a side porch 50 feet away but they never put it there!! UPS NEVER does that, they always leave packages on our porch!!! Management needs to train their drivers better as this is very responsible!!! I wish UPS COULD DELIVER ALL OUR PACKAGES!! read more

Thanks for ruining being able to view the eclipse for our family due to the absolute incompetence of your facility and drivers. We paid for glasses to arrive 2 day shipping. ASSURED they would arrive by 8 AM Monday. FedEx and the company both sent confirmations showing delivery time from 7am-12pm. Tracking from FedEx shows the package on the truck leaving the facility at 7am. The delivery location is less than 20 minutes away....and your driver chooses to change the delivery to before 8PM. I attempted to call and catch the driver. Useless- you go in circles on the automated system. I could have driven there and picked it up faster. or met the driver. Why did someone change the delivery time to before 8PM when I paid for expedited shipping AND it was guaranteed delivery before 12PM. Good luck getting a human on the phone at this facility or through the 800# at FedEx. Worst customer service EVER. NON-EXISTENT. read more

I don't know who to evaluate. I've been waiting for a chewy package since December 7th. I have received 23 notices from Fed Ex that it's either out for delivery or received at carrier facility. This shipment is to REPLACE the original order which was sent Nov 28th and finally showed up Dec 8th after Chewy sent out a replacement order on Dec 6th. This is nuts. One time a Chewy dog food order was delivered be Fed Ex to Massachusetts after a week of touring the US even though the address is correct on my end and Chewys. Now I get to worry about another order of tennis shoes for my 6 year old grandson for Christmas. I didn't get to choose the shipper. For sure I wouldn't have used Fed Ex. I even encouraged Chewy to get another shipper but it's not my choice. And you CANNOT teach them in any way shape of form. What a lousy service. read more

I had a really stressful delay on an important package, and wasn't getting much help from the 800 number. I finally got connected to this ship center and Charisse went the extra mile for me. Was waiting all day for a very important package that was supposed to be delivered by 3:00. They attempted to deliver it at 4:07 when our receiving department was already closed and then told me there was absolutely no way to send the driver back when I called EIGHT minutes later. They also made no attempt to call when "no one was here to receive the package" even though I gave them my number earlier in the day and this is a business where there are SEVERAL people at the front desk that could have/would have signed, had they actually attempted to deliver it to the front desk like i explicitly explained to them earlier in the day. They wouldn't even let me pick it up because even though the driver could ABSOLUTELY not come back 10 minutes later, he wouldn't be back at the Fedex facility until after they closed. Horrible customer service with absolutely no attempt to right a wrong that THEY made. Will avoid using them at all costs. read more

Worst customer service! My house manager tried to pick up package with Phyliss --. I was traveling but they 800-go FedEx person Gil, then two supervisors, managed to keep me on hold for one and half hours as my house manager stood at the counter. multiple packages are always being lost when being delivered to me. i would sometimes just wait outside for fedex to come and deliver to be disappointed. and when i call to ask where my package is, they said it was left on the porch. bs. they probably deliver my packages to someone else or keep it for themselves tbh. i hate relying on fedex and would wish the companies i shop with would use another carrier. 2 day shipping would always turn out to be 4 or 5 days with packages being at the sort facility for a day or two. i hate fedex read more
