They also keep your addresses on file, so they can easily pull them up if you are shipping to someone you have before. Last night, I took in a bunch of gifts that I needed shipped but couldn't find a box for. The only box they had that would fit them all was twice as big as it needed to be. They could've easily used it as is and charged me extra for shipping and peanuts, but they cut it down so it was the perfect size. I didn't even ask them to do that.
