They want you to buy a roll of tape for $3.99 to put a label on a box. Customer service is crap.

Never enough people working and a line out the door. Post office is a very outdated concept.

United States Postal Service - Roswell Postal Store

Over the years I have had mail delayed by several weeks…read more I have experienced loss of mail. Recently , I received an offer through the mail from american express and the envelope was obviously open by an individual , not a machine in sorting the mail! To think that , the united states postal service is raising the rates again!!

This place just keeps getting worser. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. It's a pity what the…read morepostal service has gone down to. My latest experience, I walk in with a package to ship internationally. I was informed I came after the cut off time which fine I understand. They no longer have the customs forms or any other forms, you have to go to someone at the counter to get one. I know this as it's been that way a while. I go and ask the lady at the counter for one and from the moment I walked up she looked pissed. I just don't think she was having a good day and that had nothing to do with me. I get the form and try to start filling it out and she said the cut off time for international packages was done which I was fine with. As I get ready to leave, she says loudly something about me taking tape which I didn't. I came in with my tape. At this point I'm annoyed and I say I didn't take any tape what made her say that. She starts going off on me and I tell her she was rude from the beginning. She told me not to come back and I think she even gave me the finger. I've seen multiple incidents with rude employees and customers at this location but I didn't think I'd ever encounter that myself. I've worked in customer service so I know how hard it can be. One thing I DO NOT like is unnecessary rudeness. Since I was told not to come back, I won't go there and I also encourage others not to. Go somewhere else even if you have to drive further just so you can have your piece of mind. I don't know how many times people have to complain about this type of treatment before something is done about it. But nothing will probably change.

Low energy staff, not looking out for their customers. Sent my son over to ship a package out,…read morecharged him $200 to ship something over night, when i found out, i asked him to go back in and cancel that and he went to a different person and 2 day was $25, lets to better explaining pricing to people.

I am sad to write this review, but even UPS Corporate doesn't understand why this happened. (I had…read morecalled to speak their Customer Service Department.) A package was sent to this UPS Store rather than my home because it was a gift for my wife. For any gift delivery, I have always had the packages shipped to a secure location for pick up. (Obviously, you don't want a gift shipped to your home where the recipient would get it. The surprise would be ruined.) The package was signed for and received by this UPS Store during their morning deliveries. After receiving notification on my phone, I went that afternoon to show my identification and pick up the package. Here's the crazy part. I was told that even though they signed and received my package, they were not going to give it to me (even though I presented my drivers license for identification) and that they were returning it to the sender. I was told that this was their policy. The main issue is that they SIGNED FOR and RECEIVED my package. They accepted the responsibility for it when they did so. I would not have been frustrated if they had simply rejected the package and not signed for and received it. That's what everyone is supposed to do. The line is crossed when they accept something which is not theirs. If it's their policy not to receive packages because of liability, then they need to follow their own policy. What's the big deal, you ask? I should state here that the value of the package contents was $10,000. So, you can see why this is a big deal. I've only had one previous issue with UPS (not at this store) in a similar situation. I plan not to let this happen again. Incidentally, I've never had this problem with a few FedEx stores in the area where I've had packages sent there to be held for my pickup. I highly recommend using FedEx for these types of deliveries and not UPS especially this one on Highway 92 at Trickum next to the Publix. I will be checking on this with UPS Corporate as I have a case number with them and will amend this review upon that future conversation.
