I am sad to write this review, but even UPS Corporate doesn't understand why this happened. (I had called to speak their Customer Service Department.) A package was sent to this UPS Store rather than my home because it was a gift for my wife. For any gift delivery, I have always had the packages shipped to a secure location for pick up. (Obviously, you don't want a gift shipped to your home where the recipient would get it. The surprise would be ruined.) The package was signed for and received by this UPS Store during their morning deliveries. After receiving notification on my phone, I went that afternoon to show my identification and pick up the package. Here's the crazy part. I was told that even though they signed and received my package, they were not going to give it to me (even though I presented my drivers license for identification) and that they were returning it to the sender. I was told that this was their policy. The main issue is that they SIGNED FOR and RECEIVED my package. They accepted the responsibility for it when they did so. I would not have been frustrated if they had simply rejected the package and not signed for and received it. That's what everyone is supposed to do. The line is crossed when they accept something which is not theirs. If it's their policy not to receive packages because of liability, then they need to follow their own policy. What's the big deal, you ask? I should state here that the value of the package contents was $10,000. So, you can see why this is a big deal. I've only had one previous issue with UPS (not at this store) in a similar situation. I plan not to let this happen again. Incidentally, I've never had this problem with a few FedEx stores in the area where I've had packages sent there to be held for my pickup. I highly recommend using FedEx for these types of deliveries and not UPS especially this one on Highway 92 at Trickum next to the Publix. I will be checking on this with UPS Corporate as I have a case number with them and will amend this review upon that future conversation. read more

I took an item to be returned to Amazon for refund two days ago. The lady scanned the QR code provided by Amazon and put the item in a plastic bag; I asked her if she could put it in a bubble padded envelope, and she said that it was going to be put in a corrugated box. Never saw her doing that. As of now, 2 days later, UPS tracking page states that the item is not in their possession. I only have a reference number and not a tracking number. How is it possible that after 2 days, the item has not left that UPS Store (#3513)? I will stop by the store this morning and have a chat with them. read more

!!!!!!! BEWARE !!!!!! I keep wondering when Yelp will create a worthy rating for businesses that offer less than average service and costs U more than a headache & racks up Ur fees for their unprofessionalism & haphazard service. Anyway, let me share the horrific exchange I had with this store. I came in to ship a waffle iron. I didn't have a box or any shipping material. The associate assisted me with measuring the box I would need and we added tons of bubble wrap. The associate was as helpful as she could be. She even assisted me with packing the waffle iron. She ensured me by showing me several ways that she could sit the item in the box & the bubble wrap will assist w/ maintaining its integrity during transport. Feeling good about the entire thing, I left w/ a smile in my face, until.... I got the call stating that the box was not in tact & upon further inspection, handle was broken and its pieces could not be mended. Of course @ that point, the package was rejected & the UPS carrier returned it to Woodstock UPS. I had called this location on the day this happened and the Mgr attempted to assist me. Since this is a franchises location, the 800 number differed me back to the location & the owners did not want to follow their own policy by refunding me the insured value of $100 for my item & the trouble/hassle they caused. Luckily, NFCU extended the courtesy of refusing to charge me for the UPS fee on my credit card. Lesson: not going back to this store- ever! read more

Went to the UPS store on 10/9 @10:00 am to return a high value item with a NDA return label provided by seller. I wanted to ship it back the same way I received it. I tried to explain, I wanted the item placed in a NDA letter and overpacked with a padded UPS Pak. The lady at the counter was a little confused. A male employee with red hair across the room immediately jumped in and tried to tell me how the item would be packaged. When I told him how I want the item returned, his service skills went out the window and he went into a defensive mode trying to tell me I was being aggressive. He tried to grab the item out of my hand and then told me he would not accept my paid overnight package. He told me to leave the store or he would call the police. The police arrived and I explained the situation. They recommended I just go to a different UPS store, which I did. This employee has no self control and has issues dealing with the public. Telling a customer they are being aggressive, refusing to service them and then calling the police is no way to service the public. He needs a lot of help with his problem resolution skills. I went in yesterday to have them color print some 9 up circle label stock I had purchased at Office Max. I had gone to the Avery website and used Averys website to place my art in the exact template to make sure it would work for the labels in each circle. I created a PDF and sent it email to that store. I went in and asked them to print the art onto the label sheets for me. The guy that waited on me loaded the label sheets in the machine and opened the file I sent him and hit the print button. The printer printed the art out at about 60% to 70% so none of the art lined up on the circles on the sheet. I was told there was nothing they could do about it since it was my supplied stock. I have been in printing Business for ever and they should have run a sheet and asked me to approve it. I would have seen something was wrong and he could have corrected the project but because he slammed them all through and I had paid for the copies in advance I was out a cool $50. Poor customer service, mishandled packages, & rude employees. I have a po box here & had notification a package arrived. Yet employees stated there was no package. Finally discovered this store wrote the wrong po box # on my package!! No apology for screwing up just blank stares. Owners have been apologizing for years to poor reviews but seems nothing has improved. Obviously Owners are all about $$ & nothing else. Go to another store to ship packages. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. They tried to charge me $19.00 for just a small box.... that doesn't include shipping it. The bald headed smart mouth employee was so rude I just left and went to FedEx a few miles down the road. Beware, and go elsewhere. read more

Terrible service. Made an online appointment for notary services for 10am. I arrive at the store and the guy working the desk says that notary services start at 10:30. I asked how it was possible considering their online appointment system allowed me to make an appointment. He just shrugged his shoulders and repeated: "Notary starts at 10:30." This outlet mailed my package with inadequate postage. It came back with a sticker from the post office. The young man working there this morning Oct 29 at 9:00 wanted me to pay an additional $5.00 to remail the package. He refused to refund the service fee, refused to check if the postage was the wrong amount, and told me to go to the post office, which I did , and paid the additional postage required. ($.80) The manager later only refunded the service fee . Very poor service all round. Not acceptable . Avoid this place. They do not take responsibility for their errors. read more

I was there last week for printing and mailing some parcels, this young lady Debbie was really helpful and amazing , for what is worth she made me had a best experience mailing parcels out of UPS, if every worker at all ups store help customers like she helped me the sky will be the limit for UPS read more

This is a stellar UPS Store location that never disappoints. The staff is courteous, articulate, and focused on helping customers. I have been a customer for approximately three months after a very unpleasant experience at another location in East Cobb, and I look forward to doing business with these guys for many years to come. I am always greeted promptly, the copy machines always work, and the store is always staffed adequately and running efficiently. As a small business owner, I could not ask for more. It's worst service ever. I came there for printing my documents. And the first thing they told me, if you want to sent the document by email. I have to rent their computer and it cost 1.5$...ok...i sent it by my phone. After then, i told them print all my document and government don't allow staple. They did staple mine and they remove staple and look at me like it's nothing happen. Do you know what did they told me? It's ok now, they will be allow the documents like that even i told them that they return my document one time for that problem. I required them for print some pages by single by single please. And they re charge it again...i printed total 40 pages( it's included 4 pages reprint, black and white only) and end up charge 12.00$ for all my services. I never ever come there again for that services!!! read more

Beware! Dropped off a USPS package here. USPS tracking shows that the post office never received the package, and when I called to ask for assistance they wouldn't even look around in the back to see if it was misplaced, just stated that it wasn't there without even looking. read more

They are normally nice and helpful. I haven't hooked up my new printer at the house and this location is between the house and work. I need to print the shipping label. which i could have gone to work and then came back with, but i would be easier to see if they could print it for me. So i called and asked they said yes. Great. So i get there and ask the girl again if they could print it all she said was yes. Ok cool so she prints and I'm about to leave and she was like that's $1.10 for printing and a copy. WTH? That would have been nice to know before hand. I feel like that's just bad business. Next time Brooke please tell the customer that there will be a charge!! I know its not a ton of money but it would have been nice to know!! read more
